McDonald's Menu Prices at 908 S Padre Blvd ★3.6 (2290)

This place has terrible service especially the drive through. There’s this man with a beard kinda chubby and he was so rude. It looked like he wanted to throw the drink and food at me. And slammed the drive through window. Didn’t even say a single word. I understand if you’re having a bad day but that attitude was terrible. Not the first time it happened. This blond lady was so rude too almost snatching money off my hands this one time. And was saying some rude things to her coworker about me and this other car behind me. These people need manners respectfully.

THIS ORDER RIGHT HERE!! Whoever was working this night shift and board! Made the best burger ever! Keep it up! Show everyone else how it’s done!

We ordered 2 coffees online. Drove through the drive through 5 minutes later. Waited additional 25 minutes before we received them. Only 3 cars were ahead when we got there. They asked us to pull up to the front curb as we watched 3 cars behind us pass us up . I even tried calling them directly to find out if they forgot about us. No one ever answered the phone . Unbelievable wait time !

My experience at this place today was terrible. Belinda the cashie needs ttraining in the customer service service . My food was given to another customer. I'm sure he's enjoying his free meal. Miguel (I'm assuming is the manager) asked how he could help. I told him, I'm waiting on my burger. Another cashier messed up and gave my order to someone else Miguel found the bag that belonged to the customer that took my food. I told Miguel, I'm in the customer service and I strive to go above and beyond to wow my clients. These two cashiers don't give a damn as long as they get paid. I will not recommend this McDonald's to my family nor friends. No greeting what so upon my arrival I strongly suggest more training in the customer service area.

I don't understand why this MC Donald's can't get the orders right after the costumer waits 35 plus minutes my order is so simple 8 quarter pounders with all veggies meaning lettuce tomatoes no onion no mustard and guess what your team did Omar 😭😭 they omite the veggies why idk maybe because they don't pay attention to the costumers or maybe because they are not well trained,at first I was thinking well they busy not really so wen I realized I was not the only costumer waiting for an order because they don't even know the of orders even wen is in the screen why!!!!! I was beyond mad not I just waited for 35 plus min my order is wrong and yes I know lettuce and tomatoes are paid separately but the ppl In The window can't even place the order right I call and the manager on shift Nelson can't even get the orders right and try to ask me if I know how the qp goesExcuse me Nelson I work on this store before in the drive thru and the kitchen is not hard guys is no excuse why y'all can't get the orders right. I hope miss Connie reads this and explain you guys that costumer service is not just taking an order any way you want to is about costumer satisfaction and I'm not satisfied by any means.
