McDonald's Menu Prices at 225 N Kimball ★3.5 (1866)

Great, quick service that gave us everything that was expected. The tables and bathroom were clean and the electronic cashier worked flawlessly. The only thing I would note on was the quality of food, as it was lackluster when compared to the standard of McDonalds. Overall, if you’re looking for some Mickey D’s, I’d recommend you stop by!

Quick service but they literally only gave me half a large fry on all 3 of my orders. At that point just order a medium don’t even upgrade. They also gave me a single quarter pounder instead of the double I ordered and is on my receipt. They put pickles and onions as well once again on the recipe it says NO PICKLES OR INION. The lady who took my order was wonderful but the women/men in the kitchen did a terrible job! Never going back

This location is absolute TRASH! I said I’d never eat here again after the last issue (a few months ago), but thought since it had been a few months, I’d give them another shot. I had to hurry to work due to a short lunch period, so I ordered via my mobile app - for convenience and to be quicker. I ordered a 6 piece McNugget kids meal with an extra fry (with NO salt) and a medium dr. Pepper (with EXTRA ice). My Dr Pepper had FOUR tiny ice cubes! I picked up my order in the drive-thru and headed to work. I open my kids meal box and the fry containers were only maybe halfway filled with fries (if that). They also had lots of salt on them. This location clearly doesn’t follow instructions, despite us taking the time to specify these details in our orders. I am done eating here! Period. Fast food workers complain about not making higher wages, but don’t do their jobs properly. Management needs to address these issues and clean house! Additional training probably wouldn’t hurt either.

We left due to how crowded and smelly the playplace was. Reviews from past few months seem to mention a bad smell. Confirmed it today. Maybe needs a good deep cleaning.

Here we goooooooo... So my wife and I were at this location on last Tuesday morning and placed an order which was pretty normal. When the lady read the order back she did not recall the order as we gave it to her which was also not an issue considering the language barrier. We proceeded to the window to pay for the order however before paying I asked her to repeat the order back to me so that I could ensure that the order was correct. She gave me a look that could have unalive me 3 times if she could. I informed her that the order was incorrect and restated what I ordered. It was corrected after a few minutes of going back and forth, BUT I was over charged. We pulled to the next window to pick up the food, but by this time it was cold and we were not given a refund for the overcharge. To not hold up the line my wife decided to go inside with the receipt to get the refund and I asked for the order to be made hot if it wasn't too much. I handed the bag back and saw that wife was having difficulty inside so I asked that the order just be canceled. I went inside the building to see what was holding my wife up and the same woman at the payment window was being a bit rude and harsh until a manager came in and told the lady to walk away and she refunded our order. I know thia is not representation of the McDonalds company, but the treatment we received this particular morning was terrible. I hope that no one is treated the way we were at this particular morning when you only want a decent breakfast to start the day. When it comes to service, the people are not the problem, the problem is the problem. How a company responds to it is what determines keeping a customer vs losing one.
