McDonald's Menu Prices at 11825 Hwy 6 ★3 (145)

Was waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes for my food. Got to the second window for my drink, and they had me pull forward to the third for my food. After waiting 10 minutes, I went inside and proceeded to wait another 5 minutes before someone came out to see me. When I finally got me my food, they told me that the employee never said to pull up to the next window, that I misheard. Before this, I had visited the week before and was given the wrong order. I had to wait inside for them to get me my food. All of this is an inconvenience to me, when I only have an hour for my lunch. I spent half of it just waiting to get my food! Very unprofessional, and I dont usually blame the staff or get upset with them, but this has been ridiculous. Usually I am very patient with fast food staff having worked in the industry myself, but never have I had to wait over 15 minutes and get told I was in the wrong TO MY FACE!!

We were here around 6:30pm and decided to have dinner. I saw their rating was low, but I decided to try them. After we received the food and customer service, I understood why they had low ratings and I also gave them low ratings. Mostly empty restaurant. It took them 15 minutes to get our dine-in order out. French fries were not fresh, nor were the chicken pieces. When I complained about, the employee was rude and had attitudes. He started to make fun of my complaint instead of taking it seriously. After arguing for about 5 minutes and wasting mine and his time, he finally brought fresh fries. However, instead of serving them on the table (the order was to be table-served), the employee just put the fries in a bag on the main counter and called me to pick them up. There is a zero-level of customer care! There was no one at the front they’re all were in the back and having gup chup. The worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Never going back. AVOID THEM AND SPENT YOUR MONEY SOMEOTHER RESTAURANT.

For this to be a new location the outside dining area is filthy, every table was sticky, food etc is under every table. I asked an employee that was coming out the restroom to have someone clean the tables so we can sit and eat, she said ok ,she never came back I had to ask a second employee to come clean a table. Let see how my food is and I'll be back for my food review. I'm back, the fries in my Daughters kid's meal were hard and cold, the chicken nuggets were room temperature, my my cheeseburger was the only thing fresh SMH, I won't return to this location at all

First time here for dinner. This is basically a brand new McDonald's I drove by every day. The place look great outside. First issue, none of the 4 Display was working so we have to wait in kline to order our food. The food come out pretty quickly. 2nd issue, no one was at the register so we have to wait for refill, more catchup, etc. We found the button to push for assistance eventually. Beside thst the Big Mac, Quarter pounder and fries were very good. I will try again and hopefully the order displays is working. This is a very different setup from other McDonalds.

Door dashing tonight, it’s about 1:30 AM. Waited 20 mins for an order inside after drive thru told me to come inside. They ignored all drivers while inside. Didn’t want to answer any question with their rude ssa’s. The woman in the kitchen was handling ALL FOOD WITH NO GLOVES. PULLING HOT FOOD OUT AND PUTTING IT IN A CONTAINER WITH NO GLOVES ON. THIS IS AGAINST ALL PROTOCOL. IF YOU ATE FROM HERE ON THIS DATE I WARN YOU. Please fire this shift immediately. This you can’t come back from, I’m disgusted.
