McDonald's Menu Prices at 1704 Hwy 34 S ★3.8 (2303)

I ordered a 20 piece nuggets with 2 medium fries at the drive thru window and paid 11.03. I used tap to pay so I didn’t get a receipt at the first window. When I pull up to the 2nd window to get my order the guy was on his phone and just handed us our bag and went back to his phone. There was no fries in my bag. When we got the guy at the windows attention finally and told him we were missing fries. Him and another girl told me I didn’t pay for fries and refused to give me fries. They got the worst attitude and when I asked if they could just charge me fries them they told me to go around and get back in line. RUDE. I went inside and ordered my friend for an additional 7 dollars. I asked them to print my receipt for my first order and guess what…. 20 nuggets AND TWO FRIES were on my order. So I now paid for an additional 2 fries. I am highly dissatisfied with the attitude I received from merely trying to get my order correct. I did NOTHING WRONG BUT GOT THE WORST ATTITUDE FROM TWO PEOPLE AT THE WINDW AND THE MANAGER ON SHIFT. The managers attitude changed once she saw that I had paid for two fries already on my first order but even she was rude to begin with. If you don’t have good customer service maybe find a different job.

Honestly, this is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Just driving through Texas and we stopped here. The service was great. The food was HOT and CORRECT!!!! Very nice guys! Thanks!

We stopped and ordered curbside on our way through. Our food was out very quickly and it was about 11:30... they were busy. The young man that brought our food our was very polite! One of our burgers wasnt in the bag, it wasn't a big deal. I ran inside... he forgot to put it in the bag and was very apologetic. The eating area was very nice and clean from what I could tell. No big deal and we were back on the road!

By far the worst McDonald's experience of my life. Complete ineptitude! They have a line around the building for the drive through, me and 3 customers inside. They cleared that drive trough over 20 min, but not a single item came out for the people inside. I requested a refund, and the manager reprimanded the cashier for taking to many orders to quickly. Which what kind of thing it that to say for management? Was not the guys fault as most of us used the kiosks. While we all waited it seemed like 2 people actually worked out of the 15. You want me to pay $7 for the most basic thing you offer, 2 cheeseburgers and a medium fry no drink. After over paying for this, now wait 20 min while we serve the customers that are timed.

Came in around 6 and all but 3 booths along the back wall were up on the tables like it was closing time. One of the three had ketchup all over it and one was occupied. I tried to get the cashiers attention but he was talking with a co-worker.
