McDonald's Menu Prices at 1704 Galleria Blvd ★3.5 (1217)

This has been one of the most unacceptable and frustrating experiences I have ever had with any restaurant. On January 26, I placed and PAID for an order through the app during a snowstorm. I drove through dangerous weather conditions to pick up my food, only to arrive and find the restaurant completely CLOSED with no notice, no cancellation, and no communication. They charged my card and gave me absolutely nothing in return. Since then, I have submitted multiple complaints and called several times. No refund. No follow-up. No responsibility. Every time I contact them, I receive empty promises and zero action. At this point, this is not just bad service — it is completely irresponsible and unacceptable to take a customer’s money and refuse to fix the issue. The manager was supposed to contact me personally regarding my refund and never did. This location clearly has no respect for customers, their time, or their money. ⚠️ Public warning: be extremely careful ordering from this branch. Due to their negligence and lack of accountability, you risk being charged and receiving nothing. I strongly recommend avoiding this location entirely. I will continue escalating this issue to corporate and filing formal complaints until my money is returned.

Placed an order in app on Thanksgiving day as their hours said they were open in app as well as on Google Maps... App said my order was being prepared. Arrived to store closed. When I requested a refund jn app, they said they’d be reaching out to the store Management for response. I waited for an update and when I followed up, I was told my request was closed due to no reply from me. Unsure why a reply on my end is needed when the store needs to address the concern.

Pretty fast McDonald’s. Usually good service and despite being on the interstate, it usually isn’t too busy or too overwhelming for the staff it seems. Pretty good sausage biscuit and pretty good hamburgers and mcchickens.

This McDonald's *consistently* has the worst food of any McDonald's location I have rver been to. I don't know how you burn the bun, but they do it... a lot. Limp fries, tasteless sausage biscuits, greasy and odd tasting hash browns. I kept trying. They kept disappointing. Save yourself the trouble. What you are craving isn't there.

Aggressive belligerent employees. One aggressively told me " I don't know how to do my job" to my back walking away after they messed up several things on an order and over charged an item. I questioned why they were throwing away my food. When asking the store manager, Denise, for an employee wearing a name, she refused to tell me or do anything. She couldn't communicate and had no respect or interest. The manager then told me and son behind our backs as we were leaving to "Never come back again". That's a negative manager escalating a toxic situations with customers. My son said she tried taking a picture of us leaving the parking lot. Complaint is going up to a district manager now since the franchise owner doesn't respond. Bless their hearts for bringing bottom of the barrel food service to Williamson County. Night and day from the friendly folks across the street at Taco Bell.
