McDonald's Menu Prices at Knoxville — 37919 ★3.5 (2165)

No more McDonald’s anywhere for me. The picture speaks for itself. Plastic bag baked into the bun.

Hate to leave a bad review on a free burger but i got a free coupon for a free sandwich from a previous review so i picked the hot honey bacon burger and it came with no bacon on it. It seems like a rule of thumb if u order something at a mcdonalds no matter what it is from where ever it will be missing something from your order and its so consistent im beginning to think its part of the training process

There was a worker who did not seem to know great English (important) because I kept getting asked if a had the Big Mac. No, I did not order a Big Mac. Not getting my order and another worker who was very nice went to check for me. Came back with the first lady and she said she asked if it was my order. I said you asked if I had a Big Mac. I ordered the Big Arch. And she preceded to berate me that she asked if it was my order and that they were mad at her in the back even though I still said I did not order a Big Mac, I ordered the Big Arch. Two complete different sandwiches. Not even a variation. She still acted like we were saying the same thing. No ma'am do not blame me for your inability to understand that every burger at McDonald's is not a Big Mac. And to berate me after for your mistake is laughable. Also do not be putting your hands in people's food bag like that. The other lady was very kind and helped me out. Just read the words on the box that says BIG ARCH and all could be fine. But honestly props to the other worker, wish I had her name.

Came in and ordered McRib meal with light sauce and FRESH fries. Get back to work and McRib is dripping with sauce and fries are old. Call to speak to manager.. he processed to tell me he is the “peoples manager “.. first off… your not the rock so stop. Second he wants me to leave work to bring the old fries back. I tell him I’m at work and can’t leave.. so he wants me to keep the fries and bring them back whenever I come back to get what I actually ordered. So you want me to keep these fries until then. Wouldn’t give me anyone’s contact info. Don’t eat at this restaurant. And to the “people’s manager “..Do your job.. you work in a fast food restaurant. Take care of the customer, we ain’t trying to be FB buddies

Its always something with this location. Unfortunately its the closest one to me and I frequent it even though something is always wrong. Never get fresh or hot food, everyone that works here has a terrible attitude, and when u ask them to make the food how u requested it in the first place they want to argue with u about ur order. Some people have allergies but they want to lie and tell the manager that no special meal was requested when they even repeated it back to me. And then they send the girl out after they pull me around and she gives me the ugliest look ever and doesn't say anything like she was the one that just spent over $12. Olga the manager is the only person that cares about people. She is very friendly and I'm thankful she is always so nice.
