I gave a code as soon as I came up to the window, they took my code, for a large iced coffee. The lady asked what flavor, so she took my code. I come up to the window and they gave me my other drinks, and I said, I didn’t get my iced coffee? Their response was, you wanted to add a large iced coffee? My response was,” no, I used my code for the large iced coffee. They then told me, we didn’t get a code for that… Then why would you ask what flavor for the coffee? They then ask what was the code, I gave the code again at the window for food pickup.. the lady behind her is asking what’s going on and she tells her, I don’t know and closes the window… This location has very poor customer service!!! Do better or go back and watch your training videos!

They have started the whole go to a number issue when you come to the drive through. The last time they sent me to a number and the girl gave my order to someone else and left me just sitting at the number. I went inside and they determined that she gave my food away and she couldn't even take accountability for it. She blamed someone else for giving her 2 orders at once...

I asked for two drinks and a basket of fries. The guy in the driveway thought my ten dollar bill was fake and gave me old fries and buffalo sauce when I asked for barbecue sauce. The guy was prejudice and unprofessional. He was wearing a black sweater with a blue American flag on it.

I’m a say they trash the system work when it won’t work I use the mobile app and then they try to tell me that they couldn’t service me because their system was down. I showed the guy in the window that I was charged. I gave him My mobile app number and the manager still refused to give me my food. This shit is bullshit. And the reason why I said it was bullshit is because they could’ve told me at the radio that the system was down. The lady took my mobile app number. I waited in line about 15 minutes just to get And then tell me the system is down you can run the cameras

I came last night and there was four different cars pulled up waiting for food. The guy who brought us our food didn’t say anything to us just dropped our food off and also forgot an apple juice.
