McDonald's Menu Prices at El Paso — 79901 ★3.8 (1688)

Horrible customer service I ordered a McFlurry and instead they just threw the ice cream in there and threw the Oreos to the side I call to tell them about it and whoever I spoke with on the phone kept arguing with me telling me that’s how they always done it …so I’m lying apparently cause after I told him that’s not how it is I get it every here and there it’s mixed up not ice cream thrown in and bunched up Oreos to the side . Nothing but rude on the phone and refused to give his name.

Hope there was a zero star, worst McDonald’s ever, no customer service at all, like if food is free, no ice on machine ask employee and said she was short staff to wait a minute, waited and never ask me again so we t back to my cold food, and to add that burned meat, and super dirty place, dumpsters full falling off, dirty tables, I would recommend company to take a look at reviews, this is no coincidence that almost all are 1 star, had a family day before Super Bowl and this experience ruined my day, employees don’t have any pride for what they do, they forget there are here to serve guest, even tho they don’t see you as guest, don’t this place has a health inspección?company please Take a look at sales, this sis a good location just really bad service, food quality, cleanliness, if people read this please do t come to this location take a little more time to drive to a better ooacation or just don’t eat McDonald’s no more, hope my son didn’t like the toys from here but he is too small to know that,

I had placed a curbside order for a double quarter pounder deluxe, and the large french fry were missing, not inside the bag. I was 9 minutes from clocking into work, so I didn't have time to get out of the car, and the drive-thru had over 15 cars. :(

Worst McDonald’s in El Paso ordered a coffee and a muffin and they told me I was late 10:31 for breakfast. And I was in line at the drive thru. Lazy workers that need better customer service. And better management this is not how you treat a paying customer.

Very poor service when you’re inside trying to order. There were only two other older women ahead of me , and the priority was placed with drive thru service. One of the customers commented she waited a long time before she told one of the employees she wanted to order some food. I waited 15 minutes before I decided to leave without having to place my own order. Another employee placed her order via the online kiosk, then left to prepare her own order.
