The worst service I've ever had at McDonald's. They rushed my food and weren't friendly. They don't have table service or offer condiments. The food was cold, and they didn't even give me my receipt, which I had requested. That’s weird And they didn't give me any napkins. and they treat the employees very badly.

The food was as expected and was good. I was able to order on the app and put in the table number and my food was brought to my table. There's no one stationed at the front ordering area, so when I needed a water cup and later to ask for ketchup, it took about 3 minutes to have someone help. It has a play place for kiddos which brought me here. The kids had a fun time. If you're worried about germs, the women's bathroom has no paper towels, so the handle must be touched to exit.

CORPORATE RUINS ANOTHER GOOD THING. THE AMAZING HUMAN AI drive thru has been stopped by corporate. [Patrick, who does deserve 5 stars!] He was good at his job and actually made going through a drive thru pleasant and fun! His ability to be engaging with customers while still quickly and accurately taking orders really elevated the whole drive thru experience for me and others (see the other reviews!) I even passed other McDonald's just to go to this location because of it. In fact, I was taking my mom to this McDonald's just so she could hear the "AI" when I found out he was told to stop. It's such a shame. Way to go corporate. You're out of touch with your community and your franchises if these are the kinds of decisions you're forcing upon them. I'll be finding alternatives to McDonald's until you can get back in touch. Bye.

We love this location thanks to the human AI guy as my family calls him. His customer service is not only great but entertaining. However, I heard he was told to stop. I get corporate branding but this helps to sell this location. He’s always recorded our order perfectly. With such a crazy world it’s nice to laugh at something consistently funny. Instead of him getting in trouble they should be applauding him.
