McDonald's Menu Prices at San Marcos — 78666 ★3.4 (1448)

Too bad you can't give negative stars. This place is a badly run joke. Where do I begin? Nobody works the cash registers. Horrendously long wait for food that never came. I had to go up and ask, but it was sitting in the kitchen ready to go out. No receipt is provided from the kiosk. Filthy tables. No condiments available. No napkins. Go elsewhere to a better run McDonald's.

Dude. When I tell you I just simply wanted my little Minecraft happy meal with strawberry banana smoothie and I was handed a smoothie with ice chunks and the banana wasn’t blended from the bottom… I went up to the counter and told the lady “Hey. I don’t want to be weird but..” And pointed to the bottom of the drink, which was unblended and at the time had white syrup sitting within the rest of the sort of blended smoothie. She looked at me, “It’s the banana.” Laughed, and stared. I stared back. Please can my smoothie be blended properly. She looks at me, the smoothie, me again, and walks away. I grab my smoothie, take it home, where I blended it myself. So, thanks McDonalds for giving me a DIY smoothie kit that started to separate when it got home because of the unblended banana. First picture is what it looked like when I got home, the second is ONE of the solid ice chunks in the blender, and the third is the final product with way too much ice just to get it to fix itself after I made my DIY smoothie. If you want a DIY smoothie kit, this is your place. Don’t come here if you want your smoothie to be blended.

The quality of food after 8pm dramatically goes down at this location. You'll wait 15+ min in line which is understandable when they are short staffed but the food is always lukewarm and they constantly refry old fries. Yes we can tell when you refry the fries because they are brown and really hard with no salt.

The restaurant was so dirty, cx service was bad and even management aint have customer service skills, all the time i was there the tables next to me weren’t cleaned.

Ordered mcdonalds through door dash today from this group. They didnt give me a straw for my drink so i cant drink that. I wanted the spicy buffalo sauce and the sweet and sour sauce, they gave me the complete opposite of what i asked for, and for some reason, gave me 2 small bags of fries when i only asked for one. Not at all happy, especially about the fact that i cant drink my soda. Texhnically i can, but only on break and thats not a long break.
