McDonald's Menu Prices at Spring — 77386 ★3.6 (1221)

This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to...and I have been to many over the years. Always fast, long line but it moves...always HOT...I have been there at least 6 times and it is consistently GOOD. You can tell the staff here know what they are doing. Clearly good management and quality staff that cares. This is the only McDonalds I have ever reviewed...that should say something. Well done TEAM.

KMSL,, one thing i hate is wasting my money & folks playing with my kids. Now, if i ordered a kid’s meal but only the patty for my baby, why yall did her patty like that. Wondering why she took a tiny piece & sat it down. Plus it smells horrible. Can’t work under pressure then fast food ain’t for you!

I just went through the drive-through and mind you always go to this location to get my son a smoothie. I got him a small smoothie. It was literally halfway full. The guy at the window said they always come like that and then he closes the window on me doesn’t even allow me to respond….so unprofessional. I thought they came filled up to the top just like every other single time in like my coffee.

Update 8-22-25 Large fries only half filled. Update 1-2-25 Service has improved a lot at this location. Update 3-28-24 Ordered sausage egg Mcmuffin with ketchup on side but received mcgriddle and with no ketchup as usual. These people just don't care to do anything right at this location. If corporate is reading this, you should consider revoking this location business license. This is not acceptable business practices. I understand it's fast food and minimum wage but for God's sake do your job right. Hire people who can read English and differentiate an egg Mcmuffin from a mcgriddle. Isn't simple reading a requirement of customer service? No wonder why Mcdonald's is leaning toward building robotics to replace these workers. Update: 1-23-24 Food quality is getting worst. Buns are dried and meat tastes like cardboard. Nothing is fresh here anymore. Make sure you have ketchup at home or ask them at the pick up window. 100% of the time they don't include it even after asking for it at the drive thru. On good note, drive thru is very fast.

Dear McDonald’s Customer Service, • Curbside Order Delay: I placed a curbside order at 4:30 PM and checked in at slot 1. Despite watching multiple Grinch Boxes” being handed out to drive-thru customers, my order was not delivered until 4:45 PM—only after I approached the car hop to ask about it. By then, our food was cold and the ice in our drinks had melted. • Missing Items: Once home, we discovered that the Grinch Boxes we purchased were missing the “Grinch salts” entirely. • Unresponsive Phone Line: When we attempted to call the store to report the issue, no one answered. This has been a recurring problem. The manager even admitted that they intentionally turned off voicemail, stating they “don’t have to” answer calls. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. We spent nearly $60 on this meal, which is not something we do often, and the experience was ruined for our five children. The combination of long delays, cold food, missing items, and unresponsive management reflects poorly on McDonald’s standards of service. They are known to have their phones turn off and voicemail turn off as well.
