The positives: The employees are very kind and I’ve only had good experiences with them. The service is ridiculously fast. One time I put in two separate orders on the kiosk and my first order was ready before I even ordered the second item. The negatives: Your order will be wrong 75% of the time, so it’s a good thing the employees are kind and willing to fix it. I’m not even exaggerating. Your order will almost always be wrong. My McGriddle came with english muffin bread. My plain hamburger had condiments on it. My oreo McFlurry had m&ms in it. The employees are always willing to fix it for you, but that’s not very helpful especially if you order pickup or drive though and don’t notice. Just some advice: ALWAYS check your food to make sure it’s what you ordered before leaving.

I'm a Doordasher. I have massive complaints about this store. Here's why; #1 The order has been stolen, and they refuse to remake the order. #2 Their most popular excuse is "We don't do those meals during this hour.". #3 They employees seem happy, overjoyed to give me the information. #4 They waste the consumer title, and then I have to pick up the stores slack for the store negligence. I take a a hit, not only in my wallet but these so possible professionals walk away unscathed. #5 Their feelings are hurt? You're hourly, I'm piece rate. And you don't care. That's the heartbreaking part. I'm providing a service.

If you want fast quick service, DO NOT GO HERE! I ordered on the mobile app, and by the time I got to the first window I sat in the line for 15 minutes before moving to the second window. When I got to the second window my food was still not ready. The slowest service and drive thru McDonald’s I have ever been to.

This is literally one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. My wife and I stopped for a quick bite on our way to her grandfathers funeral, just looking for a burger and snacks to get us through the event. Instead we got cold, unsalted fries, an unmixed McFlurry, and a ruined Shamrock shake. We won’t be eating at McDonalds in Utah ever again if I have any say in it. Incredibly disappointed with both the food and the staff.

Used their bathroom twice while hanging out in the parking lot. Didn’t even order anything and the employees were so nice! We used the bathroom two times within the space of thirty minutes and received no judgement whatsoever. The bathroom was spotless. The walls looked like they had been freshly cleaned and the toilet scrubber was out of the holder thing so I know it was recently used. The “employees must wash hands” sign was very reassuring. We didn’t order anything food, but I feel grateful knowing that the workers have clean hands for those who do order food at this location. The dining area was clean as well. I was tempted to order a kids meal because the toys on display looked phenomenal.
