McDonald's Menu Prices at 1180 W State St ★2.7 (1907)

I rate this place a zero. The quality of service is the same as it was 15 years ago. My order took over 25 minutes while in the drive through. It was under staffed, the employee gave me the wrong order 3 times, and was rude to the customer, when treated with nothing but dignity and respect...Its not their fault, it's their managements fault. Most likely due to a lack of leadership and mentorship. The competency and motivation of the employees was extremely lacking. It's very obvious the owner needs to replace their floor managers, start paying their employees more money to attract and keep a more competent, motivated, and efficient work force. It's obvious that this has been an ongoing situation for years, which tells me it's a franchise owner and management issue. The establishment is obviously run by corporate style managers, and not leaders. I will never be returning to this place, If I ran my crews in this manner, I'd get fired quickly. Any employee working here needs to quit and move on. I bet this establishment is losing millions of dollars annually because the locals stopped going here for these same reason. What a shame, It could be a great business.

This is your standard McDonald’s restaurant, but it does have a playground area for the kids. The restaurant was not the cleanest and the employees were not the friendliest, they did their jobs and did nothing more. There is plenty of parking and there is a convenience store connected to McDonald’s, with shared restrooms, that could be taken care of better than what they were during our visit. Finally, there is also a gas station at the same location so you can gas up, eat and buy some snacks for the road at all one convenient place.

Had an absolutely horrendous and terrifying experience today. We ordered from Uber Eats and it had several items missing. Went back to the restaurant and on the way in saw two bags with our name on them in the trash outside. When we went in the people said “the delivery driver missed two bags, one sec we will get them for you.” They then went in the back and brought the bags back just a moment later. Very obviously getting them out of the trash not knowing we’d just seen them in there. We called them on it and they admitted that they had done that. Giving customers food from the garbage. Food. From the garbage. Do not go here, ever.

When I order my food, I expect it at the second window. I do not want to have to pull forward and wait when there is literally no one else in front of us. Now to the food, why is my food feel and taste like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Hasbrowns were warm at best and soggy, did not finish, egg Mc muffin was horrible, damn near cold and again tasted as it had been sitting. And to the owner, grab a pair and stop sending the poor reviews of your store a link to tell McDonald how crappy your business is. Do something about it. Clearly you your community is not in favor of your store. Do better!

We stopped for breakfast and all kiosks were out of order. There was ONE person at the counter to take orders and a fairly long line. Of course it was ridiculously slow. They shouted out numbers as orders came out, but never called out our order number, so we waited even longer until I walked up and saw our order sitting there. The McMuffins and potatoes were not hot or fresh. Many condiments are kept behind the counter and the one person taking orders kept walking into the back so you could not ask for condiments. Or she was taking an order so you could not interrupt to ask for condiments. There are many terrible McDonalds in St George and Hurricane, but this is the worst.
