McDonald's Menu Prices at 4070 South Midland Drive ★2.5 (1885)

Probably one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. I’m not a huge fan of most fast food but this one was decent. Had a killer view of the formula one race as well so that was a huge plus. Staff was pushy about their 30 minute time limit that you’re allowed to be in there which was annoying and they were pretty stand off-ish.

Worst McDonald’s in Utah every time I’ve went to this location I’ve had a terrible experience. Today was just the last time I will ever go I ordered 3 hot n spicy and 2 cheeseburgers. The lady who took our order was not very kind either. My hot n spicy was dry and had what looked to be really old and black/brown lettuce and only gave me about a strip on the hot n spicy. Don’t waste your money at this location!

Absolutely the worse service I’ve ever received. Sat in drive through at the speaker for 8 min, ended up ordering online through the app. Instead eventually was able to give my code pull up to the window for pick up. Get my food pulled forward to check my order and it was wrong. Sent my adult son inside to get the food corrected he got told nope by the employee. He came back to the car. I went inside with a broken foot to get our food corrected. I stand at the front counter waiting for the employees to notice me about 5 minutes before I raised my voice and said excuse me, girl didn’t even look at me. Said excuse again very loudly got nothing so response. All while she’s standing looking at the camera screen that clearly shows a customer inside at the counter. Ended up leaving a note about the shitty service and being ignored. I left the store without ever having an employee look or speak to me. McDonald’s needs to do better. And train their employees better

Waited 30 minutes for a cold sandwich I didn’t even order. Rude from the start to finish of my time there, and when I expressed that it wasn’t my order then grabbed it out of hand all aggressively and YELLED at me saying “Just eat what I give you!” This McDonalds even after its new management is the worst in the entire state if not the entire Mountain West. Major issues need to be addressed, and while they respond and say they’ll do something about it, nothing is done. Terrible service, terrible environment, everything needs fixing.

It’s ultimately not the employees fault they look miserable being there when they always seem understaffed during the night. If you have nothing better to do and have an hour to kill for mediocre food and service come to this McDonald after 6 where you’ll be treated to endless staring at the car in front of you or employees who don’t want to interact or make eye contact because management doesn’t provide them any help.
