McDonald's Menu Prices at 8203 Sudley Rd ★3.5 (1437)

Every time I go to this location they have you pull ahead and wait then bring you your bags and walk away. You get home and find items missing. I know it's my fault for driving away but how can you be so dumb you can't fill the order correctly?

I got a caramel frappe large this morning and when I got to work to drink it I immediately had to spit it out. The frappe was spoiled and tasted horrible I was very disappointed!! Please do better!!!

I give this McDonald a star and I honestly think that’s a lot, first they gave me a CARAMEL frappe with like 0.1% caramel, this isn’t the first time I come to this McDonald, last time they did the same thing. I came to the ER that’s like 7min away from this McDonald and I have been here for 5 hours because my sister is sick and they told us we had to wait at least another 2 hours AND I WAS STARVING so I went to the nearest McDonald which is this one and they disappointed me again, I have never gotten a fries THIS EMPTY, and every day I go to McDonald with my mom to get a caramel frappe and we have gone to a lot of different McDonald so this is not like “This happens in every McDonald” no, this is the only McDonald with SUCH A BAD service and I was already having a bad day, I was expecting to go out and enjoy the weather today but all I know is that I’m staying at the hospital FOR HOURS and I was trying to be patient and positive and went to this McDonald and ended up with my day being worse so yeah I give this 0 starts

This place is HORRIBLE. My Spite was washed out and the fries were extra salty. I ordered 3 Mc chickens and wanted all not spicy. I ended up being able to customize the rewards one to not spicy. The service sucked. The woman dropped my food and called it out. She ignored me and took the next customer. I'm not exaggerating it is HORRIBLE. This is a complete waste of money. Probably will never go back again. I don't recommend. P.S. After a few hours now I feel sick.

Every time I come to this McDonald's no matter what time it is, there seems to always be a communication issue at the speaker box. I don't know what it is, but compated to the other McDonald's around the area this one always and I mean ALWAYS falls short. The food is a hit or miss. Sometimes fresh sometimes old grease. I feel like the staff needs to be trained a little on the English or at least try to get someone running the speaker box be able to understand basic English. Instead of trying to look cute at the window.
