McDonald's Menu Prices at Suffolk — 23434 ★3 (2493)

So the only thing in my order that was fresh was my cookies and that's because I asked for fresh cookies. All of the sodas in the back and in the front yard like seltzer. For was not hot. I actually do like this location better than the Holland Road location though. Maybe this location had a bad day lol but I would go again

Unfortunately this is our only McDonald's. We'd given this place so many opportunities to get it right, but they haven't. They are catering to doordash and other virtual orders meanwhile, treating physical customers like second class citizens. When you enter the drive thru, the line is wrapped around the bldg. And once you get your turn at the menu board, the cashier immediately asks if you ordered through the app. Plenty of times I've been turned away because the we're serving app-only customer, and when I've opted to go inside I was turned away because it was doordash only. But let's not forget the cash-only because the system was down. The times that I was "successful" getting my food it was only imagined victory because something was missing and I'd already made it home. Try calling to tell them! Mostly, no one answers and if they do, expect the most undeserved attitude you could possibly stomach. People, those nuggets are not worth my sanity. And those arches are anything but golden.

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered food, drove about 10 minutes home, and when I opened it the sandwich was brick hard and clearly old. The bread was burnt black, like it had been sitting around for a long time. I drove all the way back to the store and showed the manager the food. They remade the sandwich, but the second one came out exactly the same way—hard, burnt, and unacceptable. At that point, I asked if I could just be given something else. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff laughed in my face. That was extremely disrespectful and frustrating. I was already upset, and after being laughed at, I just asked for a refund and left. Poor food quality, poor customer service, and no accountability. I won’t be returning.

I never went to a MacDonald, a fast food restaurant, or an established that literally only served ice coffee or a bottle of water. There was no other beverages. No coke products. No teas. Nothing. I never saw a crowd of people using the mobile order. Nothing wrong right? Just the nom. No. The touchscreen wasn't taken payment. None of the workers wanted to be at the register. Wonder why? Because people and I were waiting for our food for 30+ min just to get it wrong or missing items. Had the people in drive through coming in to for the same reason. The worse thing is that we were ignored by all staff and couldn't cancel the order. The parking was horrible too. The only functional thing in this establishment is a working ice cream machine.

I love the people at this McDonald’s. They’re almost always super nice and friendly. My only complaint is I wish the inside was cleaner. It’s normally dirty and stinks. If they could clean this place up it would be my favorite McDonalds.
