McDonald's Menu Prices at Virginia Beach — 23462 ★3.3 (1713)

0 stars I ordered online ahead of time go to the drive thru (11:35 PM) and sat there 20 minutes no one saying anything on the speaker (other cars also waiting with no red at the drive through) . I called them and they told me to pull up to the window I get there it takes an additional 10 minutes to get my food and they got my order all messed up (ice cream machine “broken”) they gave me hard burnt patties and forgot my pickles (I paid for extra) and doused my husbands burgers in salt and pepper (he can’t eat salt and pepper) and laughed at me when I asked them to remake my food . Second burgers not any better and took even longer to get our food because they said they just threw out the old ones. Ended up trashing the burgers. The website and drive through signs all say it’s 24 hours. Very disappointed.

I choose to go to McDonald’s today because I was craving for the McGriddle. I love it. To me it taste like pancakes. I entered the store and it was so quiet and peaceful. I needed help placing my order at the kiosk and a young man came to help me. Very nice customer service. Everything very clean and neat.

Watched a lady fuss out the entire staff after waiting on her coffee that had coffee grounds in it and I must say she wasn't wrong because right after I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and it had hair in it. The staff here never wants to remake your food but want to take your money and have bad attitudes. They need new people in there because that "team" doesn't work well together.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but at this point it feels necessary. I have never had a good experience at this McDonald’s, not once. I kept telling myself “maybe it was just a bad day,” but after years of trying different times, different methods, different days of the week, the truth is obvious: this location simply does not care. It does not matter how I order, inside, drive-thru, mobile order, or delivery, the result is the same every single time: ✅ Missing items ✅ Wrong items ✅ Cold food ✅ Zero attention to detail ✅ And an attitude like the customers are the problem If this happened once or twice, I’d brush it off. But it’s every visit. That’s not an accident, that’s a culture. And the worst part? The attitude that comes with it. Out of all the employees I’ve encountered, maybe two people have ever acted like they cared. The rest are rude, snappy, completely unbothered, and clearly over the idea of basic customer service. I’m not expecting fine dining from McDonald’s. I’m expecting the bare minimum: the food I paid for, made correctly, and handed over without an attitude. That’s it. But this location can’t even manage that. I’ve reached the point where I’d rather drive further, pay more, or eat something I wasn’t even craving, anything to avoid dealing with the mess that is this store. If corporate ever wonders why customers stop coming, this location is the example. Not because of one mistake, but because of the total lack of care, consistency, and respect for customers. I’m done giving this place another chance. It’s not “one bad shift”, it’s the standard here.

This has to be one of the WORST McDonald's in VA. They are EXTREMELY SLOW. I've been in the driveway thru line for over 30 minutes only to place my order to a VERY RUDE gentleman with a condensending tone. He should been in the back sweeping floors not interacting with customers.
