McDonald's Menu Prices at 5931 Fort Dr ★3.4 (2441)

20251009 My pups glucose level was low and I stopped here to get her French Fries anx ice cream. She loved the fries... more than ice cream. The food was hot. The young man at the first drive thru window was lack emotional... I would be happier with a Robot. I feel like I was bothering him. Good thing I came for the food and not customer service.

I need to stop ordering this steak & Egg NO CHEESE. Yea yea I get it its not real steak, but this mess keeps breaking apart while I'm eating it. Also if you notice when you get it it's like freaking kind of soggy/wet. I'm never ordering this shit again. Hash brown was meh. Now the coffee!!! This is why I come to McDonalds. The coffee HITS!!! SLIGHLY DISSAPOINTED...SMDH BAMA TRUCKER - ROLL TIDE

Skip going to this McDonald's unless you want sub-par service. I went into the drive through, and the person taking orders did okay but he didn't bother to repeat how much my order was and give me a receipt Normally, I wouldn't care about a receipt especially since I had a small, straight forward order. However, in this case, it would have been good to have a receipt because the employee who was giving out food did not care enough to actually check what each order contains. He just handed out the food, not even saying a word or even confirming what was ordered. He then asked anything else. I said, I'm waiting for the other meal I ordered. He then asked for my receipt. I told him the other employee didn't give me one. He eventually read the order, and gave me my meal, but he couldn't be bothered to give me basic things like napkins, straws or even the sauces I had asked for at the order window. Please skip this location; there are better ones that actually care about their customers.

The guy at the drive thru lied to me! I drove here from Fairfax for an Uber Eats order. I got here at 3:45, and I accepted the order at 3:30, which is when they received it! When I pulled up the guy told me they weren't serving lunch, but breakfast menu would be ready until 4am I told him I was picking up Uber Eats, and he said "no Uber". I contacted the customer but support told him that they wouldn't cancel the order until 4:15. . Which I hadn't noticed, but that was the time when the app expected the order to be ready. So, I told the customer that maybe the order would be ready then. So I went through the drive thru again, and engaged with the guy and he slipped up and mentioned the name on the order which I never told him! So, I KNOW they got the order and just didn't want to make it even though they got it 30 minutes before the menu changed! And they wasted my time & fuel because I don't get paid unless I delivery the order. What a lazy tool! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

Extremely clean and the staff are on point and kind. It feels like a Community center. The steps to climb up into the play area are a bit tall for 2-3 year olds. But the top area is big and very excess-able. Sturdy enough for a more agile parent to help their children get up then allow them to free play up on their own.
