Do not eat at this mcdonald’s! Every single time i have gone through the drive through they make me pull up even though there is no cars behind me. The ladies who work in there suck. They just stand around and don’t do anything. i ordered 2 drinks online about 15 minutes before arriving and they do not start on the order until you get to the window. They told me to pull forward because i was going to mess there “times up”. After waiting about 10 minutes they finally brought my drinks out. It is crazy that it takes 10 minutes to make 2 drinks when i’m the only person in the drive through. There times wouldn’t be messed up if they actually do there job and start on the order when they receive it, instead of waiting until i’m at the window picking it up. Do not come to the mcdonald’s unless you have all day to wait for food. Also they have the worst customer service i have ever seen. To work at this mcdonald’s one of the requirements must be to hate the world! If i could rate this place a 0 star i would.

Ordered a sausage, egg, cheese, McMuffin, biscuit and gravy And a coffee with sugar and crème I was literally the only customer standing in line. The biscuit and gravy was cold. The sausage egg and cheese McMuffin was like they took everything out of the freezer and put it in. It wasn’t even hot or remotely even close to warm. And asked me two times what I wanted in my coffee got the coffee. It was black, no sugar no cream. Absolutely horrible Guy with glasses took my order The bad part is, they weren’t even busy there was like two cars in the drive-through line and I was the only one standing inside

I’ve never reviewed a McDonald’s in my life but the McDonald’s with the gas station in Duffield is 10000/10. Everyone was SUPER friendly, helpful, quick, & kind. The restaurant itself, albeit small, was spotless, & the food was great! Ps they were having a staff meeting in the corner and they run a tight ship! They take their role in the service industry seriously & it shows. They talk the talk and walk the walk. If ur looking for a quick bite and have to choose between the few there- go for the micky d’s in duffield 🥰🥰🥰🥰

I don't eat anything but the apple pies at McD's but ill give them 4 stars because the last two times I've asked for warm pies, they've not been. Warm my pies and I'll give ya 5🙂

Drive thru order. Long line, but it moved super fast. Got sausage gravy w/biscuit and sweet tea. Delicious 😋
