IM FL BOUND AND KNOW MY FRESH FOOD I WENT INSIDE TO ORDER 6 NUGGETS AND THAN A 20 I GOT CHARGED $13.00 I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE CASHIER TO COME AND TAKE MY ORDER,I ASK CAN I GET FRESH NUGGETS SHE THAN GOES AND PICK UP A BOX OF NUGGETS AND ASK THE MAN WERE THEY FRESH,LIKE WHY WOULD U DO THAT ,WHEN I ASK U I NEEDED ALL MY NUGGETS FRESH,MY NUGGETS WAS NOT FRESH PROBABLY THE SIX I OREDER BUT NOT MY 20 PIECE, THAN THE MANAGER SAID SOMETHING SLICK I COULD NOT HERE HER,NO ONE HAD HAIT NETS ON THE COOK DID NOT HAVE ON GLOVES ,SHORT STAFF ALSO,FOR 13.00 DOLLARS I BEEDED MY FOOD TO BE FRESH IT WASNT ME AND MY HUSBAND DRIVE TRUCKS SO HE SAID HIS FOOD WAS HOT BUT MY FOOD WASN'T THE MEAT WAS DRY,people work hard for there money it's sad that people like this store doesn't care....even the clothes was sloppy on the employees sad place....

I order a simple quarter pounder with cheese meal. I get pulled to slot #4, somebody else pulled into the slot before me, so I pull into the next available slot, I go inside to let them know what happened and what slot I was in. I was assured it would be written on the receipt and it would be brought out to me. 20 minutes later some kid comes out and starts trying to give my food away to multiple other people.

I will honestly say this is ONE of the best McDonalds I've ever ver been to. I'm 51 years old and been to 1000's of McDonalds in my lifetime. And this by far was one of the best experiences and food quality I've received. The service was excellent . I recently got out of hospital and I couldn't have salt on anything I ordered. The manager Whitney took my order . She was very professional , courteous and extremely helpful . She made sure ALL my food was fresh and without salt . She actually practically burned her hand just to make sure my fries had no salt . And she made sure ALL MY FOOD was made to order and fresh . Thank you Whitney !!! My whole family enjoyed our meal and experience. I will definitely be back !!

This location struggles sometimes trying to keep up with the multitudes of travelers. Paired with a truck stop, there’s often a wait. The employees do the best they can but there’s simply too many people and not enough services for all the travelers and truckers.

The food was hot and the employees were nice. One really stuck out. Her name was Megan. She truly made the McDonalds experience a happy and delightful one!
