McDonald's Menu Prices at 2656 E Lee Hwy ★3.5 (2737)

The restaurant and sanitary facilities were in top cleaning condition. The service received was satisfactory, despite the apparent shortage of staff. However, the quality of the chips was compromised by too much oil.

Stopped here this morning for a quick bite to eat. I waited for about 10min for my food which was fresh and fantastic. It was very hot and delicious. The overall experience was pretty average otherwise.

The website stated they were open until 11pm. We swung in at 10pm. Our order came with fries that tasted like they were re-heated in the microwave and dried out chicken nuggets. The order did not come with bbq sauce. We went in to ask for sauce and they harassed us about asking for extra sauce when we originally were given none. They did reluctantly give us sauce. They burgers and chicken sandwiches were ok.

Clean restaurant, slow service with an attitude. Food was pretty good

In 2025, it would be expected that an employees personal feels on ethnicity or relationship status would not be a factor on the service that they provide. Sadly, that was not the case in our situation being an interracial couple. The employee who took our order had an attitude when doing so. When our food was prepared she almost threw it at us and told us to have a great day. I returned to ask for ketchup as there is not dispenser, this same employee blatantly ignored me and began handling other tasks. The conversation she was having with another employee could have possibly been about myself and my significant other but I do not wish to assume as she was whispering and loudly exclaimed that was, "how I feel about that," not long after giving us our food. Eventually, someone else assisted me. We were sitting close enough to continue to hear her interactions with other customers. Those who were Caucasian she was pleasant to, had a nice tone and called them love, as well as asking other accommodating questions. Another gentleman came in of a different ethnicity carrying his tiny son and he too did not receive this syrup sweet kindness of Caucasian customers. It's disgusting and disturbing that a high traffic location such as this would have someone so poorly adept at treating people with equality. Through observation of her interactions, it is apparent that she has racial bias. We were unable to get her name because she did not have a name tag on however, it seemed like she could have been someone of leadership based on behavior and appearance as she had on a red shirt and black pants
