I come to this location often doing door dash and when I say for the past couple of months that I have came in I have had to always wait over 30 minutes but yesterday morning I came over five times and this new worker she said her name was Jasmine if I'm NT mitstaking and that was fastest that It was in and out. Then the other managers was very rude to her but through that she still workered with a smile the other workers need to learn from her. She was very helpful and sweet her attitude bright life to the place. I just wanting to let that be known as long as she is there I will continue to come. The older lady I didn't like the way she spoke to her as if they don't want her there, they need keep her if u ask me.

I was disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s. My burger had a hair in it, which is not acceptable for any restaurant. On top of that, the service was very slow, and it felt like the staff were not attentive. I hope management addresses these issues, as customers expect clean food and timely service. Improvements in both areas would go a long way toward making this location a place people want to return to.

Store is not functional during nighttime hours even though it says drive through orders are accepted. Tried to pick up mobile order, however resturant workwrs avoid the window/drive through instead of saying they're unable to fulfill orders. We should bot be able to place an order online then. Turn mobile ordering off.

I been here a total of like 4 times at 4 different times of day and it was like a Christmas miracle. It's been a solid 3 years since I've been to a McDonald's that had good food AND MORE than pleasant staff. Beautiful, Elegant, 1 million stars

The person at the first window was super sweet, but the woman at the second window… 😑 I told her I got the wrong drink, and she said, “Well, they put it in as a sweet tea.” And just stared at me…When I asked, “Can I at least get some lemon?” she looked annoyed and said, “Can you pull up then?” — then never came out with it. After waiting about five minutes, I had to go inside myself. The girl at the front counter was polite and quickly corrected my drink, which I appreciated. Also, they forgot my sauce — even though they charged me for it. It’s frustrating having to chase down something you already paid for, especially when the attitude at the window makes a simple fix feel impossible.
