McDonald's Menu Prices at 1513 Holland Rd ★3.2 (2294)

I stopped in and ordered a large fry with no salt and a large coffee from the kiosk inside. It took them over 20 minutes and several reminders for them to complete my order. The workers seemed more concerned about joking around with each other in the back than actually serving customers. Lobby was empty as the kiosk said they were no taking dine-in orders. The restaurant seemed lifeless and quiet. The drive-thru was moderately steady but not super busy. Customers were constantly coming in from the drive thru due to their orders being incorrect or missing items. The lobby was filthy and most tables were covered with trash or stains. I rarely visit McDonalds anymore and experiences like this are a painfully apparently reminder of why I choose to go elsewhere. Not recommended.

I ordered my son some chicken nuggets and when I got home, my chicken nugget container was full of nothing but big Mac sauce. I called at least 20 times and they just keep hanging up on me. And this is after my app said my food has been delivered to me 20 minutes ago, and I still was sitting at curbside and never received it, so I went in to get it myself.

If you are in Suffolk, the McDonald’s on Holland is one of the better locations in the area. The service is usually decent, and the staff tends to keep things moving even during busy hours. Orders are generally accurate, and the restaurant is typically clean compared to other nearby locations. It is not perfect every time, but overall it is reliable when you need something quick and consistent.

Awful management besides Lisa and Jayquan. Everytime I come through the drive thru Kayleigh and Jasmine consistently show strong work ethic and customer service skills, despite the volume of orders and/or lack of coherent managers. This Mcdonalds is better than Main St. single-handedly because of those two.

2/11/2026....My husband and I stopped at The McDonald's on Holland road. The young man who took our order at the drive thru was very polite, patient and professional...He greeted us with a smile. My husband does not eat meat...we ordered 2 McMuffins...one with no meat.He took the sandwich inside and explained to the lady in the pink shirt...That he had ordered his sandwich with no meat...She took the sandwich went to the side....opened the sandwich and took the meat off, wrapped the sandwich up and brought it back to my husband...He saw her the whole time...he said to her you gave me the same sandwich back,I saw you when YOU took the meat off...She then asked someone from the ba k to make a new sandwich. How nasty and disgusting that was...I am so glad,he saw what she did...What if someone was allergic to something that was on that sandwich and she just took it off...instead of just having a fresh sandwich made!!!! Shame on her!!! These are type of people that made restaurants look bad!! McDonald's,She most definitely is not the type of employee you should have working for you!!!!
