McDonald's Menu Prices at 702 Auburn Way S ★3.6 (2480)

Plenty of parking, easy in but getting out not as easy. Order was correct, even though I customized, so that was nice. Tartar sauce is an extra 33 cents for some reason though. Staff was busy but attentive and the eating area was clean.

1 Star review. If I could leave zero, I would. I placed a mobile order for my kids and didn’t realize it had been canceled until I arrived at the location. I did not cancel it myself. When I went inside to ask about it, an employee told me to pull up to the drive-thru. At the first window, the employee got the manager and the manager told me my order was canceled and instructed me to drive around again to place a new order. I said well why didn’t your coworker tell me this? I explained that I hadn’t canceled anything and didn’t have a code because the order had already disappeared. I was clearly frustrated at this point because I had already driven there expecting the food to be ready for my kids. I then had to re-order the exact same meals and pay again. When I reached the second window, an employee made a comment saying, “Oh, I can see why she’s miserable,” referring to me. That was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I didn’t respond. I was just waiting for my kids’ food. I’ve worked in customer service before. I understand customers can be frustrated. But professionalism matters. Making comments about customers within earshot is unacceptable. My kids love McDonald’s, but after this experience, we won’t be returning to this location. Staff attitudes and lack of accountability made this a very disappointing visit.

DO NOT GO HERE! I found a fly in my chicken today. It really sucks because I am a regular customer here. I came back for a refund and mind u I paid 75 with some cents, they only gave me a refund for the burger and 4 piece chicken nuggets I never received. My order was pretty big so am I wrong for wanting a full refund when I literally ate most of the burger and who knows if my kids cheeseburgers and other mcchickens had it? I feel like they should have given the whole refund. If I get sick I will sue. If you guys go to this location check your food first. I feel so sick and disgusted.

Stopped by the McDonald’s in Auburn, WA and appreciated the abundance of app promotions which is definitely worth using if you want a good deal. There’s plenty of parking, which makes it a convenient stop, and the interior was clean during my visit. While there’s no play place for kids, the self-serve fountain soda station is still open for customer use, which is a plus. The bathrooms were locked and required employee assistance to access; depending on your perspective, that’s either added security or a hassle. That said, something about the overall vibe felt a little uneasy, as I can’t quite put my finger on it. It’s a functional stop for a quick bite, but not the most inviting McDonald’s I’ve visited. The foods super good, dont get me wrong. Staff is so kind and my food is always made fresh especially in the morning... But why is the music so loud? Its the 30th, why is christmas music still playing and blaring? I see half of the other customers being their phones to their ears just to hear their phones. When i asked a worker to turn it down, he said he didnt know how.
