McDonald's Menu Prices at 1922 N Steptoe ★3.8 (985)

Went to get food, service was terrible it was girls with bad attitudes who practically threw my food, they forgot to put my sauces that came with my food in and when I went back in line and explained that I was here like not that long ago they asked if I called or got some kind of card I said no because it wasn’t that long ago I thought I could just get the sauces I paid for and she said there’s not much I can do for you then..they made me repay for them and again pretty much threw them at me. You tell me if you’d not be a little taken back from that after getting off a long day at work?

So last night one 1/11/24 I ordered a double quarter pounder cheese and ketchup and had Uber deliver it below. I will attach the pictures of what I was delivered when I got this I called the Uber driver back He said he was gonna come back while I was waiting for him. I called the restaurant. A male answered the phone stating he was the shift manager in charge which this morning 1/12/24 I have found out from the actual store manager that he had no mail managers on duty last night, and proceeded to question me three times over if I was calling the correct store When in fact, I stated twice before, which store I was doing with I also mentioned that I had call log, Needless to say, the manager this morning, did nothing about it So I ended up calling corporate office and telling them I did tell them I could provide the pictures as well. This has been a consistent. Last Friday I pulled in there, ordered the same thing double quarter pounder cheese, and catchup only large size And had I not looked at my receipt it would’ve been wrong. Look at the pictures below. By the way, the Uber Driver never showed back up and this never got resolved. This particular location is extremely bad.

Me and my wife were the last two mobile and customer orders (before they closed) and got our fries half done, the bun on my chicken sandwich was as thinner than a pancake and by the time we got our soda it has like 3 cubes already melting.

Store manager was very respectful but the manager working was not respectful and did not open up on time in the drive through but inside was open and when I ordered inside I was told that the cash machine was not open and I need to go back to the kiosk and re order and when we asked for her name the person would not tell us and continued to be rude

This Steptoe McDonald’s is an absolute joke the workers do not read there real easy orders on screen and simply do not put the required items in the bag constantly. Poor management and 0 care for any orders there isn’t a time I go there and they forget half my order.
