Interesting way of packing my “big breakfast” literally thrown in the bottom of the bag. Should have gone across the street to Kwik trip at least they would have packaged my food better. Check-In# VI60-KV19WM Order# VI60 02/28/2026 09:11:56 AM

I live 3 mins away...food is never hot.. About a month ago got big breakfast and mcgriddle forgot mcgriddle...two weeks ago got a big Mac and med fry...forgot my big Mac and the lady in drive thru asked if it was under my fry? Really? Bigmac was old meat was old... Today got quarter pounder and med fry...frys old and hard and quarter pounder was fresh two hours ago... I worked as a manager for three years at McDonald's and this is absolutely uncalled for! Why is it so hard for y'all to make fresh food and read orders? Ya no the times your gonna be busy make enough food for that rush and limit food during slow times. Ya got one customer in drive and I'm at the counter yet both our food old....sad

Why we continue to give this McDonald’s our business is beyond comprehension. You’d think we’d learn. About 75% of the time we go through the drive thru there is something missing from the order when we get home and open the bag and this is no exaggeration. Yesterday was the last straw. We ordered one Egg McMuffin, a sausage McMuffin with egg, 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits and a Sausage McGriddle meal with milk. When we get home we find that we got the McGriddle meal and 2 egg McMuffins. When we looked at the receipt it showed everything we had ordered and paid for. My wife was so livid that she drove the 10 minutes back, went into the lobby and not so gently put the bag and the receipt down on the counter and said, why can’t you guys ever get our order right? The girl just looked at the receipt and into the bag and remade the order. We get home only to find that instead of the 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits they gave us 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits. Like I said, this has been an ongoing problem at this McDonald’s. To top it off, the helpers are very rude at times.

Drive the extra 10 minutes to a different mcdonald’s. This one is always extremely slow and unorganized. The blue haired girl has a terrible attitude and treated me horribly for going to the second window to pay when there was no one at the first window. This location is disappointing everytime.

This was the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Half of my order was missing I wanted a refund and they told me they don’t do that? lol The workers tried arguing with me when I simply just wanted a refund. Very unprofessional and it was very dirty inside. Very unorganized. What a mess. I will never be going back! Two days ago My sister also ordered a burger and they gave her buns, cheese and ketchup. No meat. Like what is wrong with the workers? Why are we missing the MAIN meal..
