McDonald's Menu Prices at 6910 Odana Rd ★3.4 (1986)

This McDonalds has gone downhill alot back then before 2022 this was a very great McDonald’s quick service, clean, friendly employees. Now it’s the opposite. To get your food it takes 10-20 minutes doesn’t matter the way you order take out, drive thru, curbside, dine in.The hours between 6:00am-11:00pm every day also between 11:00pm-1:00am the drive thru it takes 10-15 minutes to get your food. The night shift employees almost all are rude.the morning shift employees attitude is ok (some rude some nice)The day shift employees attitude are the ones that are still nice.the lobby and restrooms are not very clean almost always.orders are just left unfinished sitting on the counter.food temperature is alright.the way the food is prepped is also alright.overall not a good McDonalds.Alot of problems happen here, not very clean tables and restrooms, orders not finished fast/just left sitting.employees attitude not the best.

This place used to be half way decent but it Has gone way way down hill. My last 3 visits have been a unmitigated disaster. 1st visit they forgot my burger. The 2nd visit it took 25 minutes after being only the 2nd car in line....and then they gave me someone else's order....and now...the 3rd time, the guy on the audio says he is the only one working on a Friday night at 9 PM...... what???? I'm never coming here again. I get help is hard to find by 1 person on a Friday night? I'm still waiting. I bet this be a minimum of 30 minutes and I was 3rd in line.... Now you can see in the new photo they only gave me 2 McDonald's pieces for 3 items that quality. They just toss in a ticket and (hope?) no one can count? Useless and fries were not hot of course. Stay away 11/16/26 Another day another screw up. In the last picture there should be a double cheese burger with added bacon (for like 2.50) and lettuce and this is what they gave me....2 patties, No lettuce, No cheese, and No Bacon. What is this? Do you even care to respond to these awful reviews?

This McDonalds is trash. It doesn't matter what you order, what time of the day you order it, the amount of the order - you are always regulated to circle around the building. They try set themselves up as a chick fil a, but they suck at it. They suck so much. Utterly clueless at the point that they miss the entire reason for efficiency. The wait times are horrendous because of their useless insistence on forcing customers to drive to the pick up area. Except they'll wait until there is a huge line of customers awaiting their food and give everyone their food all at once, which would've been quicker doing it one at a time but it's worse because they literally wait until there are 3 or more cars before bringing out the food. To add insult to injury the food no longer fulfills the basic standard of being fast, cheap, and decent. It's overpriced, slow, and mediocre quality. I'm over it. Genuinely. I get it, nobody will read this review but if you do, please avoid this loser at all costs. The management here doesn't know what they're doing. The workers don't listen. The service is whelming. It's an arm pit.

Another Buccifero store. Parking lot is tight and handicap parking is available. Used the in store system to place an order. Slow service and the lobby was empty as lunch time.

Never had problems with the food, but they always forget the sauce 😢 nothing more disappointing than dry chicken nuggets. Update: joke's on me, idk why I thought it was a good idea to order from this location again. But yeah, no sauce. I even ordered extra sauce, so it would stand out more on the order and be harder to forget. I will not buy from this location again. Sucks, because it's the only Mcdonalds open late near me, and I do prefer your chicken nuggets, but I guess it's Burger King for me from now on. Their fries are better anyway.
