McDonald's Menu Prices at 2612 W Morgan Ave ★3.5 (2001)

Decent location, overall. I have decent, smooth, & no-issue experiences here most of the time (8.5 out of 10 times) This particular visit, unfortunately, left me with a whole new variable to anxiously consider during the process. 😨 I stopped in just to grab a Large Mocha Frappe with my rewards points. I've never had this particular problem before... So hopefully this is a freak anomalous incident, just a singular disturbing occurrence... 🧐 🤦🏻😮‍💨 The last few frappes I ordered, I thought were a bit heavy on the syrup side of things (I was ordering like maximum allowed, 5 pumps total). This one I ordered for 2 only... & Ended up with this cup of diabetes accelerant 🧟. Who ever made this drink has no respect for the McDonald's Syrup Standard of Measurement!! Normally this location is alright/decent, I should say that again... I'm about to go ask if they can make me a new one, but I already feel awkward complaining, ugh. 🗿 🫤 Edit: After I finally went to politely ask for them to remake the drink, the employee I asked gave me an attitude, then fetched another employee (manager I assume, both were feminine males to paint the picture better) who gave me even more attitude. They refused to remake it because I took 30+ min to ask (most of that time was posting this review & dealing with the anxiety of asking for another - which I explained to them!!). I drank barely 4 sips of it because I tried to just drink the terrible syrupy monstrosity that it was! I walked away from them feeling shamed & ridiculed, tossed the terrible drink in the trash & exited. They made me feel even worse, lectured me, & basically shooed me away. I can't normally afford to boycott a convenient location, but I will be boycotting this location for the foreseeable future. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had in terms of how insignificant they made me feel, and senselessly unreasonable they were. Entirely idiotic & not how to manage a business.

This is one of the worst McDonalds I’ve visited by far. The management and staff needs to be fired. Staff is unmotivated, unenthusiastic, and unfriendly. Going through the drive through I’m always directed to park in a curb side spot. For example today I ordered a McDouble and a small fries and was directed to pull into a curb side spot. Like cmon seriously!?!? The drive-through wasn’t even packed with cars. I don’t normally write reviews (like at all) but I’m so infuriated by this McDonalds location I felt the need.

They’re super slow, this order was supposed to be ready by9:13pm, there’s like 7 people working but no one seems to care, they’re just talking, laughing, and they’re rude saying they’re short handed! The order is only nuggets and fries 😪😅

I had to go pick up my food at 8 p.m., and they took more than 40 minutes to prepare a DoorDash order. The workers were on their phones and had no sense of hygiene at all. There were people with long hair without any kind of hair net, and they get upset and yell at you when you tell them you’ve been waiting for a long time.

This one location always cancels my order made through the app. I never have this issue at any other location. I placed my order well before breakfast cut off. The staff blamed the app even though I don't experience this issue anywhere else. I would guess they didn't want to make my order and canceled it.
