Yo I order a Mcflurry twice through delivery, I got nothing the first time and a sprite frosting the second. This honestly disappoints me to see that such a large and prosperous company cant even get my order right. Life isn't fair but I shouldve received that. In addition, I also waited an extra 20 minutes for my order to come. This losens my hopes for this city, I hope I can move away from here and eat peacefully at another McDonald's in a city where people actually care about the right thing and not just getting paid. I worked fast food and this is just outrageous. I hope I can always get the right order next time, and from then on. I will be moving to Sussex where my order will always be correct. In a place where I can eat in peace without having to stress about my food. The quality, temperature, taste, enviorment, and especially intergity. Those workers who constructed my order need to actually do their jobs, I understand its late but tou have a job and orders to fulfill. That doesn't mean making your life easier, it means learning to do things when you dont want to so you can earn something profitable in the end. Thank you for reading.

I only go to this McDonald’s for breakfast and have never had any issues, the staff always takes my order quickly and gets me through the line within a few minutes. The food is average McDonald’s food. The staff have always been super friendly and quick.

Made an order at drive thru after being asked to wait a minute. Waited 20 minutes, ordered my food, got to the window the person had an attitude with me immediately, than handed me a chocolate shake that looks like it's been sitting around for a while. I asked if that was it and he snidely remaked you took the bag didn't you? I just wanted my food, made correctly, I could have cared less about the attitude, but my food wasn't even made correctly.

On January 7th, between 6:20–6:30 PM, I had a drive-through experience with a female employee that I found very unsatisfactory. Her attitude and customer service were unprofessional and confusing. After I placed my order, she did not verbally acknowledge it or confirm whether the order was completed, how much it cost, or where payment should be made. During the payment process, she closed the window without saying anything, which left me unsure whether I was supposed to pay at the cashier window or at the pickup window. This caused unnecessary confusion. When I tried to move forward, she made hand gestures and facial expressions that felt rude and confrontational, as if questioning why I was leaving. That interaction left a very negative impression on me. She appeared to be inexperienced, and I believe additional training on basic customer communication and professionalism would be beneficial. I hope the company can improve employee training to prevent similar experiences in the future.

Oreo mc flury I got was just little bit of Oreo cookies sprinkled upon top of icecream. Never had this kind of mc flury.
