I paid Xtra for cheese on my McChicken and didn't get it, also paid for a large fry and got a small on a large box. Best thing about this meal was my drink. You sure lived up to the reviews.

Dirty dining room. It’s not super busy at lunch right now but every table in view is dirty. I got Diet Coke on a napkin to wipe it down and feel like the ketchup smears weren’t a bloody crime scene Even the table markers are dirty. Ick. Food is fresh though! And the guy behind the counter was really nice.

Came here today 3/5/26. We waited 30 minutes for our order. Eventually, my husband got frustrated and went inside… where he was ignored for five minutes before anyone helped him. The cook was the only person who came out to the register to assist, she said she had made the food ages ago and wasn’t sure why we hadn’t gotten it yet. We were blatantly ignored, and it truly felt like it was on purpose. There was no apology, no reason why we hadn’t gotten our food for 30 minutes… we typically aren’t people to complain, look at my history on Google reviews… I normally leave 4 to 5 star reviews. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. This situation truly deserves a one star review. This whole situation was very upsetting, and this was our first trip to McDonald’s since moving to Huntsville last week… safe to say we probably won’t be back, when Whataburger, or really any fast food burger joint, is faster and has better customer service. To top it all off, our order was very much incorrect. But we honestly just didn’t even feel it was worth it to go back and fix it.

I'm sorry to say this but it was very dirty on the inside. Tables with food debris on them from previous eaters. Floors really needed cleaning. Also I don't know if it's me, but fast food isnt fast anymore when you dine in, only if it's drive through. Almost 15 minutes to get my order and even with those tent #'s, the lady was just calling out the numbers and not even coming to the table. Big Arch meal was excellent.

I drive past two mcdonalds to come to this one. I've only had a handful of problems but tonight I really wanted my fries fresh. They were not. It's sad, and tonight I'm beyond frustrated. I know what your fries taste like is why I drive to your location. I will find a new mcdonalds because you didn't take my request and gave me fries that were luke warm. You wouldn't eat the crap you gave me, but you expect a paying customer to. However to the gentleman who takes the order and processes the payments, DUDE YOU'RE AMAZING. I will not be back due to lack of respect of my food.
