Just wanted to share an experience from today so management is aware. I received a burger that appeared undercooked in the center. I went back to the restaurant and showed them, and the staff were very sweet and understanding, they refunded me right away. I’m not posting this to bash anyone, just hoping management can make sure cooking standards are being followed. Thank you. The picture doesn’t even do it justice, I just snapped that right when I noticed. It was very very bright red. Especially once it dried up and cooled down. You could REALLY see it.

The chicken nuggets were not fully cooked. After my son put one in his mouth and chewed it, he felt nauseous and gagged. This raises serious concerns about food quality control.

I’m really not sure what the point of using the drive-thru is at this location anymore. About 9 out of 10 times I come through, I’m asked to pull around to the front and wait—while cars that were behind me get their food and leave. I usually only order 2–3 items, so it’s confusing why my order consistently requires extra time. There have been times where I’ve waited up to 15 minutes for just a few items. On multiple occasions, I’ve even had to go inside the store to remind the staff that I’m still waiting. It’s become a repeated frustration, and it makes the drive-thru feel pointless when the experience is slower than going inside. I’m hoping the store can improve the process, because I do like the food—but the wait times here really need attention.

Took my kids for their first McDonald’s experience and got my two year old his first Happy Meal. I grew up going to this McDonald’s back in the early 2000’s and this was the first time I’ve gone back to see the new remodel. We had such a memorable experience. Food was great, service was great and staff is super helpful. Truly had an amazing time giving my child his first McDonald’s experience. I got the McDonald’s app and I was even able to treat myself with a reward Frappe while my kids enjoyed their ice cream cones. The play area is great for all ages. I think I had even more fun than my kids watching them enjoy the McDonald’s I loved so much as a kid.

Amazing! The food was good! Me and my kid went in to McDonalds, We got the Vanilla Shake! My kid loved it, that's my first reason for Food 5 stars The atmosphere was nice!, We got to see seats, chairs, play places, flowers, and others, there was a window you could see the outside and others, Always a bright day to see in the McDonalds window This is one of the best vibrant atmospheres! A second reason for Atmosphere The service was good, The person was telling me what would I like to order, my kid ordered the vanilla shake, we paid 4.99 (fine) and God it was fast! It took like 10 seconds! They're really fast! My kid got excited and waited by playing on the play place, he had so much fun then I told him to go, He went and we went in the car and enjoyed it! Service 5 stars Sincerely, Abhishek Se
