McDonald's Menu Prices at 3434 W Union Hills ★3.2 (2686)

Not sure what we hoping for in a McDonalds review. This location is the same as it’s always been and like many others. It’s rare, but take notice when it happens, the service was GREAT. Everyone working was working hard and fast. But then there is Angelo, constantly clearing tables, checking how I was, if needed anything, all smiles and outgoing. The job isn’t glamorous, but everyone doing their part and doing it great. Angelo looks like he takes pride in what he does. Say what you want about working fast food, these guys care about what they doing. Keep up the great work all.

Apparently, this location is not 24 hours! Specifically, if you order at 3AM on the app (as I did), when you arrive they will tell you that they don’t have your order as the systems are rebooting. If you ask to order directly, they will then tell you they are getting ready for breakfast! So, this location must only be open 22 hours as they need one hour for the change over to breakfast and back each day. Note to management - update your signage l, and have corporate update they app, to reflect your actual operating hours! I placed my order at 3 AM on March 2nd (code WB25), which I then had to cancel on the app to reorder at the 43rd Ave and Thunderbird location (where they know how to run the business 24 hours a day without interruption)!

I know this was no accident. You do not “accidentally” replace a chicken strip with a nugget instead. It’s becoming such an inconvenience for this being “fast food”. You wait 20 minutes for your order and it’s still wrong. Staff doesn’t care. You can go in and they’ll ignore you. They need a corporate employee to go in undercover because this is ridiculous. My orders lately are either incorrect or missing items. One time they gave me a “large fry” that I could dump out and fit into the small fry bag that came in my kids Happy Meal. With the poor reviews you would think something would have been done by now. Added the receipt for my order so someone isn’t like “maybe you put it there”. Jokes on you, I think their nuggets are an abomination and don’t order them.

I have been making this a morning routine for the last month I'm able to go inside place my order fast easy and without any issues if I have to pay with cash at the front counter the food is always piping hot along with the coffee I highly recommend if you need a quick boost or just a quick stop for breakfast! Friendly staff that greet you once you arrive and thank you as you leave

Not the type to do these reviews but after tonight I don’t know how this “manager” still has a job. Went thru around 1230am and when ordering guy taking the order seemed to be doing two things at once(not well at that) and didn’t put in a whole meal that I ordered. Didn’t notice when I paid and got the food. Went home, then realized that the whole meal was missing. Went back for a remake and potentially a refund for having to come all the way back. All the other employees I spoke with were sweet and understanding of my frustrations. They said they would remake the order and the manager would be over to talk to me and give me a refund, they said we think she is in the bathroom not sure. I said okay no problem. I see the manager come over they explain the situation to her, and instead of coming to the window saying hello and asking what happened, she basically threw the money and receipt at me said “here’s your refund” and slammed the window in my face. At this point I haven’t been rude or anything like that but now that was just plain disrespectful and unprofessional. I sit at the window waiting for her to come back and when she does she opens the window and says “what?” In a very rude manner. I said so am I going to get my food? And she replied with no you got the refund. She was very rude and not trying to resolve the issue to make the situation right. Never returning. Rather would drive 10 more mins than deal w that again.
