McDonald's - “Ba da ba ba ba, I’m hatin’ it.” Did I mention how much I hate McDonald's? It was almost a year ago that I visited McDonald's and I remember thinking I never want to go back but today I felt charitable enough to give it another shot and boy did I regret it! McDonald's consistently gives the worst experience of fast food dining of any fast food outlet. With the new self-service ordering screens that did not produce a receipt, to a small front counter resembling a lost baggage of an airline at the airport with one lonely associate assisting the dinners, to getting my order and looking around for sugar and cream for my coffee and finding that there is nothing in the dining area which resulted in me lining up again just to ask for sugar, to the most disgusting tasting hash brown which I could not finish because it just tasted of burnt oil, McDonald's ranks as the worst of the worst of the worst. I am therefore vowing today never ever again to walk inside another McDonald's for the rest of my life. Not only the food is disgusting, I feel they should pay people for their emotional distress. For goodness sake get your McAct together, your restaurants suck!

Okay so I like to use my McDonalds app to grab a little something for breakfast. Coffee and of course the sausage McMuffin with egg, no cheese. This is the ONLY LOCATION that prepares the McMuffin perfectly. It ain't burnt around the edges, stale or hardened. Love that its conveniently on my way to work. But all I can say is the crew needs to keep doing what their doing. Y'all are appreciated 💜

I’d give a zero if I could, ordered a 40 piece chicken nugget bundle. The location forgot one, I live right here in sunburst farms. Called to just come back and grab the missing 10 piece. Associate who answered phone was rude, accused me of lying, said he loaded the 40 personality then hung up on me! 5:23pm. Will never give my money to this location again, someone needs to manage these employees and teach them how to be respectful and what customer service is about.

This place double charged me for an online curbside order which I considered an honest mistake until the “‘manager” I dealt with told me to dispute it with my bank , which I will. The point is, this was an error on the part of the establishment and I have to work to get my money back. As far as I am concerned that makes them thieves and I will not be going back again!!

There's maybe 1 or 2 people working here that doesn't look like they absolutely hate you for bothering them. Frappes are always on point, BUT when I ask for double chocolate syrup, I mean INSIDE the cup. I should not have to clean my drink before drinking it, so yes I stay in the lane to clean my cup off. Also, twice now I got nasty apple pies. Can't eat it, Super hard and chewy. You can tell when an employee is being petty with customers, one of the reasons I'm not in the food industry anymore.
