McDonald's Menu Prices at 3455 W Peoria ★3.1 (5267)

DONT COME HERE!!!!! If I could put zero stars I would. It seems like I’m not the only person that had a bad experience at this location since a lot of these reviews are all bad. I ordered an iced coffee and while drinking found glass in my drink, I had almost swallowed it I probably swallowed a small piece in fact before finding that piece I took out. Upon inspecting it the glass broke into smaller pieces as shown in the picture. Considering this and all these other bad reviews I would not recommend coming to this location at all. I dont know how they haven’t shut down yet.

I went and ordered a mc spicy and two cheeseburgers with NO onions. The cheeseburgers came with onions the spicy with no mayo and BURNT also with the finger print in the bun. Nasty will never go here again. The staff is rude and just ignores you. This is the second time they wasted more than 30 minutes of my time. If you value your time money and nerves, please do not come here.

I don't tend to leave reviews anywhere I eat. This happens to be a special occasion because I am rather impressed at how disorganized this McDonald's is. I work at the Whataburger right next to this McDonald's and figured I would eat something different for my 30 minutes break. As you know McDonald's is known for their speed of service, I ordered 3 cheeseburgers. They are small, easy, and usually come out fast. Today I waited 20 minutes for them to call our my order, which they didn't, and I eventually went up to the front to ask them about my order. Mind you, their drive through had a car or two and the lobby was relatively empty. I had waited 7 minutes to get any help at all, when the reception checked the back they had said it was still being made. I had gotten my burgers 5 minutes after this. As someone who works in both the reception and production of food at Whataburger, I am extremely impressed that it's possible for a fast food restaurant to be this slow and disorganized. The staff was running around like headless chickens with only a few orders. If you're looking for better and faster service, just come to our Whataburger. I didn't get to eat on my break due to this, I'm sure I won't be coming back again.

Placed my order at 3:22pm, finally got it at 4:19pm This location has the longest wait times ever. Doesn't matter if you do drive thru, Curbside, pick up, you're gonna be here at least 15 mins before you get your items. Today I chose Curbside since both drive thru lanes were crazy long. I waited, no joke, 24 mins. I lost track of time because im always workinh on my phone or laptop so i never mind waiting for good service and good CORRECT food...to a point, even i have a limit on waiting for "fast food". I called and once they finally answered some lady(I think) answered and said we will be right out. Still waiting. An employee was nice enough to come to my car once giving someone else their order, she knew my name and apologized. Very nice. Finally get my 2 apple pies and my frappe but it was wrong, caramel instead of mocha. She apologized and went back into mcdonaldsland i suppose lol. The pies were actually fresh. I finally got my frappe but they decided to make me a mocha half iced coffee/slush lol ice chips are crazy. Never again. They're clearly over worked and understaffed.

The last few times I’ve came to this location something has been wrong. They cancelled my order a few weeks ago and never refunded me. I’m missing cheese and an entire nugget. I don’t think imma go back to this location. at this point I rather drive further away then return here again. Only thing they got right was my fries and drink lol
