Do not go here I received visibly rotten eggs on my food, when I went in and asked for a refund I was told I could only get the food remade even though I had the pictures and receipts, I contacted the GM as was told the same. What I received and personally brook bites of is disturbing, disappointing disgusting and unprofessional. Do not go here I will be contacting corporate and the health department!!!!!!

I usually have great experiences at this McDonald's, but today felt off. I ordered a caramel iced coffee and asked for extra sugar, the back cash employee replied with "the caramel is already sweet, you still want more sugar" my reply was "yes" because to me it's not sweet enough. Anywho I proceed to pay her and she's looking at me funny as if I did something wrong but it's whatever she's a young little girl so I pay no mind and move to the next window. The older woman hands me my coffee but instead of saying heres your coffee she just hands it to me and says "sugar" I had no idea asking for sugar would offend the workers and have them Treating me weird! I than called my daughter who works at McDonald's right after to ask her if it's a thing to try to speak on someone's order and what extras they want. She said "NO why would they question you ordering something you like ,like that" she knows better than to do that. Anyway bad experience with morning crew. Evening crew is always so nice and polite! Morning crew, do better!!!!

Employees dont listen to orders accurately. Something is wrong every time. I always have to go back to fix what they messed up. They make mobile orders difficult. More than once, we've gotten a large fry, and its not even half full. Like ok? Charge me less then. Ive been coming here for 3 years and keep giving them chances because its in the neighborhood and convenient but it's more worth it to go to a different one.

Today was one of my worst experiences so far today at 5:30am the door was locked i asked if they're machines were running and a short hispanic lady mumbled idk what she said . Then the shorter Hispanic lady had went behind the counter and started shadow boxing wich I thought was un professional. I had order my coffee etc the wrong number was called and I had asked if it was my stuff the girls name was Mariah and she stood their and completely ignored me keep in mind the entire time I was in their it was a freaking mess it literally took an older woman josey to come to the front to get some good customer service and get everything clean idk wht was with everyone else but dam they were completely rude .except one worker .

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your location Grant/1st ave . My experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standard of professionalism and hospitality that McDonald’s is known for. During my visit, both the management and crew members demonstrated an alarming lack of customer service skills. The staff’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and when mistakes were made with my order, there was no accountability or effort to correct the issue appropriately. What was most concerning was the refusal of employees to identify themselves when asked—particularly after the situation escalated due to their mishandling. It seems that names are freely given when asking for positive reviews, but when the service fails, no one is willing to take responsibility. This type of behavior reflects very poorly on the brand and contributes to the subpar reputation reflected in your current rating of 3.4 stars. It is disappointing to see a lack of ownership and leadership at a location representing such a globally recognized company. As someone who has worked in the food service industry for over 15 years, currently serving as a District Manager overseeing seven local restaurants in Tucson, I understand that mistakes happen. However, I also know that how a team responds to those mistakes defines the guest experience and demonstrates true professionalism. Unfortunately, this team failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer care and accountability. I strongly urge district or franchise management to review this matter closely, provide additional customer service and leadership training for the staff, and ensure that the culture within this store aligns with McDonald’s brand values.
