Really McDonalds?? I ordered a sandwich with NO ONIONS and this is what you give me? What does no onions mean to you? To me, it means I threw a $9 sandwich away because I didn't have time to come back to have you do something a second time that should have been done right the first time.

How do you forget the egg? Who the hell do you got making food? I mean come on. It's not hard. Ordered a sandwich thinking we were going to get a little something to eat before we head up the hill. Instead we start up the hill and we have to turn around wasting a half hour of our day.

The food is fine. What has prompted me to take the time to leave a review, is the poor customer service. For months now, every morning that i stop by for a sandwich before 6am, I see the same woman in the drive-through (middle-aged, brown hair, brown skin, purple-ish lipstick, about 5’5”). I always take the time to thank her because I appreciate her being at work so early to provide me with food. In response, she looks at me with a slack-jawed, blank stare and closes the window without a word. I had even considered that perhaps she didn’t speak English, so I thanked her in Spanish the next time and got the same result. All this time I have been content to ignore her rudeness until today when I swear she rolled her eyes at me before pushing the window shut. That is enough, I will not come back.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for a while when I don’t feel like cooking. It’s convenient and consistent. Lately, they’ve started acting like sauces come out of their paycheck. I don’t care if I have to pay for them. I’ve been to other McDonald’s that charge for sauces in the app. This one doesn’t, but if you order extra sauces, they refuse to put them in, and you say something - they’ll tell you they charge for sauces. UPDATE YOUR APP to reflect you charge for sauces and I’ll pay for them just like I do at other McDonald’s. I even paid for 4 Chili Crisp sauces (they do charge for JUST that one for some reason) and I got one. I went back in and told the manager there, and he said he gave me 2 already but he’ll give me two more, and that he’d charge me for the other sauces. He also said “the amount of sauces you ordered is too much for a 20 ct nugget.” Why does he care what sauces I use? Is he getting a commission on unused sauces at the end of each month? Also - I ordered 3 fries (that’s what the sauces are for). Again - I don’t care if I have to pay for sauces, just update the app for this location so I can do a curbside order and pay for 100 sauces if I want instead of having to go in and do it. Also, have some customer service skills and don’t tell me I’m “ordering too much sauces for the food I’m getting”. It doesn’t cost you money.

I just ate one of the worst breakfast sandwiches (cold and the English muffin was like it had been cooked 2 days ago). Not friendly here to almost rude. No one acknowledges you only to take an order and money! Why is this even being allowed?!
