Waited over 12 minutes for food to come to the table. 6 employees sat at a table near by being loud and disruptive. Food was ok. Fries very good. Filled our drink cups unknowingly with pure syrup for the High C lava flavor. Nasty. Ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes. One was ok, the other was pure mushy, liquid ice cream. Next time we will go out of our way to go to another McD location. What an overpriced experience.

Went through the drive through. The person didn’t say anything. Sat there for a couple min then said hi. Paid my food. Got it, while I was waiting the manager was giving me the food which she was very rude like I was inconveniencing her by asking her for a sauce. When I got home my food look like it got threw off a truck and run over. The fries were cold and soggy. Horrible service. When I called back they had attitude and now have to drive back and get a refund. I refuse to eat at a place that would allow something like that to be serviced to a customer.

I was served RAW!!!! chicken and was throwing up in the store and was treated like I did something wrong when all I wanted was a good dinner the only one to come out was Carmen who was very professional and she only came out when I told someone to get her the way the staff was is shocking they need to be trained better to not act like children but that's most of who works there I could have used some help I'm the bathroom were I left my dinner I'm feeling sick and dizzy so its kinda hard to focus on this email but I think you should know this is unexseptable to be given RAW chicken at my favorite restaurant were I eat breakfast lunch and dinner I will not be back tell that Crew is told this is not ok and can still cause me lots of problems RAW food can kill as well my food was setting on the counter for 15 minutes tell the realized I ordered in ,the attitude and all around disrespectful kids in there are in need of right ups I'm not loving how I feel right now dizzy, nausea, chills I feel like crap and because your people served RAW chicken gota go throw up more hope to talk with someone later... sincerely Leonard Tucson native

Ordered from a screen. Spent almost $20 and this is a medium drink? 2 packets of ketchup and the burger is falling apart. Such a rip off.

My daughter quarter pounder still had the wrapper on the cheese
