McDonald's Menu Prices at 1214 Albert Pike Hwy ★3.6 (1370)

I like this place pretty much. I come here a lot for my drink. It is Christmas day and it is not open yet google says its open. This information needs to be corrected because this stuff happens a lot in this area and I have to wonder if its to hide the fact that they totally close down so corperate doesn't know it. Just a thought. Nothing more.

Every SINGLE time I come we sit at the speaker for minutes and minutes In silence. And on top of that we pulled to the speaker and sat and someone pulled up minutes after and they answered their speakers first. We order our food and then we always have to pull to the second window and sit for more minutes as if we’re waiting when the parking lot will be completely empty. And we’re rushed as if we’re the ones holding up everyone. And on top of that the food is always cold and what we didn’t order every single time. We try to give chances and come back but every single times it’s the same thing. They need SERIOUS help and management. End of discussion.

The self order McDonalds are becoming the bane of fast food. This McDonald's is a mirror of the one in La Mesa .... As bad as it gets. Horrible service which is non-existent until you go thru the drive thru, which then miraculously gets worse! We waited inside to try to order at the counter bc the touch screens are extremely user-UN-Friendly, no service so we got back in our car to try the drive-thru. 15 minutes later and the wrong order finally had food. This McDonalds needs to lose their franchise license

Manee i came at 10/8 at around 8:30 pm i had a mobile order was jus 2 sandwiches and i been to McDonald’s alot since i moved here but the whole team did amazing i was surprised how good my food was i ain’t ever had them get me right like that but they did amazing and who ever they got in the kitchen needs a raise normally i would be complaining cause how rude some of the workers are but tonight everyone was doing great i could tell they were all tired and just ready to be home but i am the same way after being at work for long periods of time

"Fast" food is laughable. Nearly 20 mins for fries and a double cheeseburger. They even changed it on the screen to make it look like my food was ready 5 minutes before they handed it to me. Clearly well versed in cheating their metrics. Fries were maybe 70% full.
