Food was good but i asked for a small frozen coke and this is what i get? At least lie and say its out of order this is lame 😭

Pulled into the drive-through and waited over five minutes with no greeting, no acknowledgment. While I was still sitting there, another car pulled into the second lane and their order was taken immediately—skipping me entirely. I pulled forward to the window to ask what was going on. This is the third time this exact thing has happened at this location. Instead of an explanation or apology, the employee was openly hostile and refused service, using abusive and discriminatory language. This wasn’t a simple mistake—it was disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. If management doesn’t address this behavior, they shouldn’t be surprised when customers stop coming. Basic courtesy costs nothing, but apparently that’s too high a price here.

The Gm of this Loaction needs to be fired. Came the other day and she was nasty with a couple of customers and her employees. Though this isn’t the first time seen this encounter maybe a few to up til about ten times with customers. This is not a good leader/slash role model for her employees. The way she talks ignorant to the customers in the drive thru. I’m surprised she hasn’t hands out on her yet. She was back behind the counter calling an employee estudidpo and out they named. Yet many folks complain about this lady. Yet nothing is done, action need to be taking against this lady!

Custermer service was great. Very speedy. The order totally right.

I came here in the morning before work. The drive thru had a long line so I decided to order inside. The kiosks were not operating so I went to the register. I was the only person inside the lobby. An employee saw me there and said someone would be with me. 10 minutes later I was still standing there, the employees were only catering to the drive thru. Another 5 min later another person walked into the lobby and stood behind me. At that time, an unhappy employee came out, took my order then walked away knowing that there was someone behind me also wanting to order. After I ordered I did get my food quickly, but maybe too quick - when I checked my order the hashbown cold. I decided not to address it with the employees as I didn't want to wait another 15min to be addressed by someone who looked miserable to be there. I do understand that they were busy with the drive thru and most likely short staffed so I'm giving 3 stars. The mcmuffin was good, but I probably won't order breakfast at this location again. Btw, when I left, the person standing behind me was still waiting for someone to take her order.
