It was hair on my kids sandwichs it was a spicy chicken meal didn't have with no Fry's also the the chicken patty was cold also the fry man was trying to help everybody then have no help in the establishment I didn't want to get mad over the intercom cuz I know what that comes with if you get mad with people at restaurants and I used to work at McDonald's. and my children love McDonald's I hope we can get this right I Didnt even want to make a statement

Can't do five stars for food because hey, it's a McDonald's, but the employees here are always helpful, polite, and FAST. If you gotta eat Mickey D's, get it from here. They're awesome.

I feel like every time I go to this McDs, it’s not a good experience. The staff is rude, I order food and don’t get it made correctly or items are left out. This morning the sausage biscuit I ordered had no egg or cheese on it and the iced mocha I asked for with no whip came out with 1/4 of the cup empty (the picture was taken while still in front of the drive thru window). If I order iced coffee, it’s watery or milky. Last week I ended up with a sausage egg McGriddle instead of a sausage biscuit. I also ordered the hot honey chicken biscuit and the hot honey sauce on the biscuit was about as big as a quarter. Barely enough to even be able to taste it. I wish I had other options on my way to work besides donuts and BK. But I’m tired of wasting my money at this McDs.

I ordered five meal deals for kids on December 25, 2025, last night. When the delivery arrived, my grandkids called to tell me there were only three meal deals. I called this restaurant, and someone told me I had the wrong number. I don't understand why a dishonest person is still working here. It's not fair to customers who paid and spent money, yet the company is not being honest with them. I called this restaurant 10 times and emailed them, but I haven't received a response yet. This restaurant is trash and disgusting. My two grandkids went to bed without dinner last night, on December 25, 2025. This experience is so terrible. People who work here are trashy and dishonest — Honest ones should replace dishonest employees. I'm never spending my money here again. Don't go there and spend your money. This restaurant is not recommended. I am not sure how they got 3.5 stars. LITTLE ROCK - UNIVERSITY (OIL) 4111 S UNIVERSITY AVE LITTLE ROCK, AR 72204 US 6 pc. The parking lot is spacious and well-located. However, the inside of the restaurant is not very spacious. There is a monitor for ordering, but it does not accept payments, so you have to pay at the counter. Unfortunately, the staff are very rude.
