McDonald's Menu Prices at 8820 Baseline Rd ★3.4 (1470)

3/1/26 Sunday evening approximately 8pm. Had three folks for 5 sandwiches three fries and drinks. No ice cream machine of course, wanted the shamrock shake. No worries. Ordered and waited on food, came out quickly but was told we had to take it to go. We were definitely dining in and was told rather rudely we had to leave. The manager didn’t like it when she tried to shuffle us out the door but we sat down and ate our supper instead. They we talking all kinds of stuff just out of reach as we finished out meal as normal. Dining room hours clearly listed til very late. Have absolutely no idea what the issue was trying to get us to take a huge order to go….. definitely won’t make this mistake again with this location. Do better

I had the absolute worst experience here the other day. My husband placed a mobile order for 3 items. Items. NOT meals. He ordered 2 Mcgriddles and a sausage biscuit with cheese. Our order was placed at 10:32 and it was a drive through pick up. When we arrived, there was ONE car in front of us in the drive through. We waited for them to get their food and pulled up to the pick up window. We waited there for about 15-20 minutes before someone asked us to park in the drive up spots. We parked and proceeded to wait..and wait.. and wait. One of the workers came out and gave us our bag. I checked it and we only have 2 items. At this point it is now 11: 24. We gave up and left. It took an hour for 3 items and we still only received 2. It's absolutely unacceptable. Thankfully, I don't live there so I won't ne back. My family that does live there will not be frequenting this location.

Every time I come through the drive-thru, the customer service is consistently bad. The intercom barely works, the employees sound irritated, and it takes forever just to place an order. When I finally get to the window, the staff is rude and my order is often wrong. Something as simple as asking for buffalo sauce gets me an attitude or a dirty look. I don’t understand how I buy a 20-piece nugget with no sauce, ask for sauce, and get told I have to pay — and in a rude way. This location really needs better training and customer service. I’m coming here to order food, not deal with employees’ personal problems. Please fix the intercom and work on your customer service, because the disrespect is unnecessary.

I went to this location a few times and I just can’t stand the attitudes/service from the employees. I understand a job can be hard and stressful but you can’t take it out on the customers. One time I went to this location with my boyfriend and I told the employee to give me some condiments and I repeated myself and she was just yelling back at the intercom and act like she didn’t hear me. Today I went to them and the person that gave me the food and drinks forgot to give me napkins and straws. I was trying to get her attention and she just walked away and didn’t see me get her attention. So I just want someone to go up there and teach the employees how to be professional and how to show good services to people.

My frappe was so good but I was disappointed with my sausage, cheese, and egg mcmuffin. I had a runny egg. Service was good. If I had to park anyway, then there should of been time to cook my egg thoroughly.
