McDonald's Menu Prices at Chandler — 85224 ★3.2 (1495)

I juat drove ny the drive thru. The food was awful. Chicken Nuggets were cold, stale and had pieces of batter missing they looked OLD!fries were cold and stale. I spent $33 foe old food! DON'T GO HERE!

This place has fallen hard. Used to be good for the occasional cheat meal, but now its like they dont care at all. Cold food, the bags are packed as if the items were actually thrown in the bag, items smashed, the list goes on. This is the closest McDonalds to my house, and I'd rather go to Gilbert at this point. They deserve 0 stars at this location.

Absolutely NO customer service. I placed an order via mobile app, and went through the drive-thru to pick it up, the kids were short if not rude... then they had us park and took about 10 minutes to bring the food, which is not terrible but it was just the start. I was missing two of 5 sandwiches, my daughter's order was made incorrectly, and the app has no options for customer service, it just tells you to call the store. I called 3 times - it rang for two minutes each time and then disconnected. I searched and tried to find a solution on the app but ended up googling the customer service number. I spoke to a nice Filipino lady who escalated it and requested a refund, which was the only decent interaction in this whole experience, the screenshot basically sums this up.

11/7/25 @ 2100: The gentlemen running order-taker and window has to be retrained. Started off by asking, "What are you getting?" then didn't mention ONCE what my total was. I get to the window and he just sticks his hand out for my payment, then hands it back to me without saying a word and also neglected to ask if I wanted my receipt. I ordered two double cheeseburgers and waited TEN MINUTES at the window. He returns and just hands me the bag, again completely mute. The manager on duty is obviously doing a terrible job for allowing this behavior to happen on their watch. I've held both of their positions almost 10 years ago and I'm certain much hasn't changed. Do better management and franchisee. Are you guys shooting for the lowest rating for this location?

I ordered a quarter-pounder and just wanted cheese, double patty, and bacon and they just gave me a plain burger. This ain't worth 15 dollars. This is the third time they have messed up my order.
