First of all, pulled up to the window and immediately got attitude from the girl working the headset, then was told to pull up to the first window to pay. Pull up to the window, wait 7 whole minutes with a huge line of cars behind us, and nobody is there?? Finally pull up to the second window which is wide open with workers inside actively looking at us and ignoring us. Then some girl comes up and tries to give us the wrong order. Correct the order and told her nobody was at the window to pay so now she has to take my phone all the way to the back of the store which took a suspiciously long time. Why do you need my phone for 5 damn minutes? Then you give us two drinks, one was supposed to be no ice so we ask “which is which because we ordered no ice in one” and you have the audacity to roll your eyes at us and not even offer to fix YOUR mistake and give us what we ordered. You tell us which drink is which and we drive off. Welp, come to find out BOTH drinks are wrong! Only saving grace was decent food. The audacity of these workers is unbelievable, they are incompetent, rude, and lazy. Keep in mind NONE of this was during a rush. The only reason there was a long line of cars is cause nobody wanted to stop gossiping and do their job. Pathetic.

I waited for the food for almos 1hour It's very bad. The staff ignored the customers who were waiting Many customers who come to wait for food here are dissatisfied with the work of the staff here. I think the manager of this branch should improve the management because it is clearly very bad service and very bad management. I feel very sorry for the customers who come here. If you don't believe me, check out the CCTV footage at the counter from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM. I was standing there waiting for my food and there were a lot of unhappy customers on Thursday, November 7th. I'm so disgusted with this branch and hate it so much that I guarantee I'll never come back here again. This branch manager should review his own performance because he did a terrible job.

This is what you pay for these days. Next time I’d like some chicken to go along with the buffalo sauce that was doused on here and then wrapped up in the tortilla and thrown in the wrapper like a used tissue.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location involving Miguel, the Assistant Manager. I placed an order and waited patiently, but several customers who came in after me received their food first. Two men in particular were able to place their order, get drinks, and start eating their meal while I was still waiting. When I asked to speak with a manager, my order suddenly appeared. The female manager was apologetic and clarified that she wasn’t responsible she indicated Miguel was. When Miguel came over, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he became combative. I explained that I felt I had been ignored and treated unfairly. He dismissed my concerns, mouthed something under his breath, and made a sarcastic comment about “refunding my time,” which made the situation worse. At one point, he even snatched the receipt from me as I tried to address the issue. I left feeling disrespected, dismissed, and extremely dissatisfied with how I was treated. No customer should have to go through that.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Waited 3 minutes in drive thru as I arrived with no cars. A car pulls up to the second drive thru and they take that cars order first !!! Lady didn’t apologize - no explanation- then they all hid when I told them I wasn’t going to order anything and wanted to speak to the manager. Do not recommend and will not ge back. Avoid this location like the plague.
