McDonald's Menu Prices at 3185 S Alma School ★3.4 (1569)

Paid $43 for cold McDonald’s, rude service, and dirty tables. Poor Service and Cold Food at McDonald’s #18584, Chandler, AZ On August 12, 2025, I visited McDonald’s restaurant #18584 located at 3185 S Alma School Road in Chandler, AZ. I spent $43.08 for four people (two children, another adult, and myself). When we placed our order, we were given a numbered table indicator with instructions to place it on our table so our food could be delivered. We followed those instructions exactly. After some time, I noticed our food sitting on the counter, getting cold. We were still at the table as directed. When I asked about it, the employee responded with a curt, “I’m busy.” The restaurant was not particularly busy, and the floor and tables were dirty. I ended up feeling chastised for simply doing what I was told. I don’t have expectations of McDonald’s beyond getting what I ordered, but in this case, following the given instructions provided no benefit and resulted in cold food and poor interaction. Bad Attitudes, but the kids enjoyed the playground.

If I could give a 0 I would worst customer service at any McDonald's on the planet. Had to argue with the manager because they didn't give any sweet and sour sauce for happy meals about giving me 2 sweet-and-sour sauces. ridiculous not to mention how are you a manager and argue over a tencent thing I would have even paid for why argue shouldn't be a manager it is supposed to come with it,

I'm all for hiring special needs people as our family did that when I was growing up in the 1970s and 80', but they need to be placed in work positions they are comfortable in and doesn't have detrimental effects on customer service and revenue. To take the order for the car in front of me and myself took 21 minutes. Then the lines went around the building. Very simple order. 4 hashbrowns. 1 large coffee and 2 bacon egg cheese bagels. Get to the window and the kid asks me to park in space #2. Well I pull around and there is no spot #2. They were all full so I walked in with my receipt and told the girls doing car orders. She couldn't comprehend what I was saying. She then comes over with a bag and asks me to open each wrapped sandwich to see if they were mine. She actually ASKED ME TO TOUCH SOMEONE ELSES FOOD. I said no. U tell me where my order is. 15 minutes passes and finally they brought my drive thru order. No coffee so I asked for my coffee. I said cream and sugar. She looked shocked and didn't know what to do. Its coffee??? I saw her pour it into the cup and I had asked the special needs girl for cream and sugar. I repeated it at the window and said 2 and 2. Then I asked the girl at the end for cream and sugar please. She said how much. I said whatever is easiest and quickest so I can go home please. Over 30 minutes for a simple drive thru order I had to walk in to retrieve. Please don't send me the BOT link for reviews. It goes to a unanswered void and made for customer management to give the appearance you care UPDATE: I literally said do NOT send me the BOT link as you don't respond. Yet you did it.

Lack of training and care for a food allergy order. I had asked for it to be corrected twice. Had to drive back and walk in to get this done. Noticed the ladies in the back used the same sandwhich that I returned which is cross contamination. I could no longer eat the sandwich for their lack of proper work ethic and environment. I would not recommend anyone who has food allergies or religious beliefs to come here as they do not care for their customers. I’m very disappointed as McDonald’s is also a hit and miss every where in the world. I hope you McDonald’s fixed this and create a higher standard for the products they’re selling.

Avoid this location! I have never felt the need to write a review like this before, but this McDonald’s location is absolutely unacceptable. The manager here treats the employees horribly, constantly speaking down to them and showing no respect for their hard work. It’s heartbreaking to see people working so hard under such a toxic environment. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially when they are just trying to do their job. On top of that, the food quality is awful. Orders come out poorly cooked, cold, or just plain wrong. It’s clear that the lack of leadership and respect from management is affecting the entire operation. The manager always seems to be in a bad mood, and that negativity spreads throughout the store. I truly feel bad for the workers here—they deserve better leadership and a better work environment. Until things change, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Spend your money somewhere that values both its customers and its employees. There is a reason why its empty
