McDonald's Menu Prices at Mesa — 85201 ★3.3 (2993)

McDonald's has clearly given up. Employees were getting into arguments with each other and customers in the drive thru. Food was slapped together. Only had to drive a quarter mile home to have to heat up my fast food from whatever they had leftover from lunchtime. Was buying food for my father who is a veteran because I was a little late from the american legion tonight and he was not happy, I was embarrassed but I will not stop there again hoping for a meal that we used to know as happy.

I just went to this McDonald’s right next to my job today was the first day on my new job and I was very excited that the McDonald’s was like two minutes away from me. This all changed when Kayla the drive-through representative at this location was very rude. I feel like she went out of her way to be extra rude and I believe that we shouldn’t be treated that way especially when you’re on your lunch break. They did assemble my order as you can see in the picture very very, not the presentation I would like. Overall, I’d rather drive five more minutes to go to another McDonald’s that’s it’s also nearby than to return to this location

I went to order just a SIMLPE 3 ingredient sandwich that is $6! And HOW COULD YOU FORGET THE SAUCE, my fish-falet was dry and I almost choked on it trying to eat out of hunger and omw back to work. The guy was also rude. He just handed us our bags, no eye contact, and no goodbye or sign we were good to go

This was a very poor customer service experience. I went through the drive-through at the McDonald’s on University Drive in Mesa at approximately 9:00 PM last night and ordered only French fries. After paying, I was told to pull ahead and wait. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for an item that should take just a few minutes to prepare. When my order was finally brought out, the fries were cold, which made the long wait even more unacceptable. I approached the manager on duty to ask about my order, and his response was that he was going to bring it out “right now,” despite the fact that I had already been waiting far too long. There was no apology, urgency, or accountability shown. Waiting 20 minutes at 9:00 PM for cold fries reflects extremely poor service, lack of organization, and poor customer care. This experience fell well below the standards expected from McDonald’s, and I will think twice before returning to this location.

This McDonald’s is killing it! Middle of the lunch rush took less than 5 minutes and happy meal was perfect - cheeseburger hot! Can’t ask for much more but the staff is always kind as well.
