McDonald's Menu Prices at Mesa — 85206 ★3.5 (2117)

Going to this location is a must every morning I work I stop by to get me a drink as their drinks are a dollar and every so often I get a little food. Employees are always bright and bubbly. Will continue to go to this location. Employee Logan gives beyond explanation of a great attitude and fantastic service. It’s more than just handing out my food in the drive through he always wishes all customers a great day.

There are a lot of staff, not many customers, but the food is prepared very slowly. They work in a chaotic manner, delivering the wrong orders, asking the same questions over and over again. I waited for my food for almost hour. This is not a fast food restaurant. This is food that takes a long time to prepare.

I just want to clarify I know how stressful this job can be and how crazy it can get, but employees (managers) at this location need a reality check asap! A young gentleman had held the door open for us , it was Saturday march 7th we came to eat something after the carnival. Probably around 4/5 ish , the young gentleman was being yelled at to do a million things at once by a cranky manager look to be in her early or late 40s working an evening Shift. My father in law had got a drink and realized there was no sweet tea out so he asked the manager if she could please get him some & she looked at him so crazy like she was pissed he would ask her she paused and snatched the cup out of my father in laws hands didn’t say a word to him a simple “ my apologies let me get that for you” would’ve worked AMAZING she then Proceeded to yell at the young gentleman she had been already yelling at that he needed to go get the sweet tea & why didn’t he get the tea for my father in law ? HE ASKED HER not the gentleman, She had no smile she never welcomed people in , she was just yelling at people the whole time I truly cannot imagine having to work with someone like that! I asked her if I could have 1 sauce cup and I know you usually have to pay if you didn’t get nuggets so I was ready to , and she assumed that I wasn’t and made sure I knew that she shouldn’t even be giving me a sauce she should be charging me and got so mad for having to give me one sauce that I was ready to pay for she just assumed I wouldn’t which is wrong !!! she assumed I was being greedy but I wasn’t I asked for 1 SAUCE CUP. If I could give the young gentleman that worked the counter that evening 1000000 stars I would he was so kind and working hard having managers like the one that was working is the reason why kids end up quitting at restaurants like this land many others. Managers want respect but then treat their employees like crap it’s not okay!!! I really hope this manager gets some training on how to have a positive attitude at work ans give a positive work environment and leave all personal problems at home , no one wants to work in an environment that has managers that are bully’s and mean to their employees and THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Asked for 10 ketchup... Morning "window girl" at drive thu says she doesn't have enough to give me that many when I told her I'd need more for my food, she grabbed a handful angerly hands it to me and shuts the window.. Honestly im just trying to enjoy my food you unhappy lil worker..Is it management that makes you guys so ketchup angry or do you not like ketchup?? Lol Honestly get it together big company. Give the people what they want!! Be kind, happy or at least pleasant while working. Or get a job at Goodwill... Unbelievably bad customer service

We ordered 2 big macs, 2 big macs no pickles, 2 medium fries. We got 2 big macs labeled no pickles but with pickles. 2 med fries.. Charged for all four big macs. Didn't find out till we got home. Called, told to come back to the store to get two big macs. The problem is from that store we live about 20 miles away. When you go to any McDonalds don't leave until you check your order, even if your in the drive-thru.
