McDonald's Menu Prices at 24710 N Lake Pleasant Parkway ★3.3 (918)

The self order machines always have an issue here. The other day it was an inop card reader, so I had to wait in line just to pay at the counter. And this time it was a faulty printer, it only printed out the right half of the receipt. Ordered a medium Carmel machiato-coffee.. not only did I pay a dollar more than other locations but ended up opening it, removing the lid to find I was shorted. And the manager was argumentative. No good business practices at this location. #ReTrain

Usually I have no problem, but when I ask for a burger with nothing but cheese, I hope to receive that. As well as when I ask for simple modifications on a burger they are followed, especially if I have to wait 15 minutes in the line to get it. But when I open it up, there is everything on both burgers, everything I said I did not want on the burger. Even the label on the box says plain but I received a fully loaded burger. So either employees don’t care about their job or they are not doing them properly. This is not the first time this is happened and I am getting tired of it happening constantly. I understand that it is a fast food restaurant but there should still be good service and correct orders.

Had an issue with a DoorDash pick up, the cashier/manager were so cool about helping us fix the issue. It's also the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in.

Bottom line, night time service is not good. I’ve been there several times at night and the wait, the request to pull around to the front is all nonsense. This time, they forgot my order and I had to go inside and request my order; and when I got home, the order was sloppy, the bag was stained or rough looking ; it was just not appealing. I’m leaving my lunchtime review up, because I don’t want to take away from the positive experience I received. Lunchtime: I recently popped into McDonald's for a quick lunch. The service was fast and efficient, unlike the evening times, ensuring I didn't have to wait long for my meal despite the lunchtime rush. The food at this location was hot, tasty, and fast! Hint, fast food. Whether you're in need of a speedy bite or simple classic fast food, McDonald's delivered a satisfying treat that hit the spot without any fuss. But I can’t say the same for the evening times.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Big Mac box along with other items. When I got home, the Big Macs had onions on them—even though I specifically asked for NO onions, which I cannot eat. On top of that, we didn’t even get the nuggets we paid for. I called and spoke with Cassandra, the manager, who told me she would replace the entire meal. She said to come in, tell them I spoke with her, and that she would put it in the manager chat. So tonight I went in to get food for my family and to finally get the Big Mac box that was made wrong the first time. Instead, the manager at the counter tells me she can’t honor it because the GM, Jeremy, said he wouldn’t approve it. Then I’m told I can “come in another day” to talk to him about it. Honestly, how ridiculous is that? I’m being asked to come back again over a mistake that wasn’t even mine, and now I’m expected to argue with a general manager about a twenty-dollar box? This wasn’t my error—this was your company’s mistake. I should not have to keep coming back and jumping through hoops because your staff can’t get the order right and then refuses to honor what a manager already promised. Cassandra said she would take care of it, and yet Jeremy, the person who oversees her, suddenly says no? The customer service here is unbelievable, and judging by what I’ve heard from other people who visit this location, this isn’t the first time
