McDonald's Menu Prices at 37632 N Gantzel Rd ★2 (129)

Sabrina is an outstanding manager who truly goes above and beyond for her customers. Last week was my son’s 6th birthday and, of course, he wanted McDonald’s. When I got home, I realized we were missing one of the 20-piece chicken nuggets from our order. I kept the receipt and happened to stop by the same location this week for a quick dinner for my kids, so I mentioned it—fully understanding if it couldn’t be honored after a few days. Sabrina kindly explained their usual policy but still made it right and gave us the missing nuggets from my son’s birthday order. She was incredibly apologetic and so sweet about the whole situation. It’s clear this McDonald’s is well run and has a great staff. We’re so glad to have this location on our side of town. Thank you, Sabrina and team! ⭐👏

My review is specific to the general store manager. I have had no problems with this location since they opened until today. I used a buy one get one for $2 happy meal on my app, however wasn’t aware the cheeseburger happy meal doesn’t count. I have my card tied to the app so they charged it immediately. At the drive through speaker I mentioned the price didn’t reflect the coupon and the individual taking my order said they would fix it. I got to the window and the general manager was there telling me I ordered the wrong food and they couldn’t fix it. I asked if they could refund it and place the order where it has the right foot etc and he said no. I further asked if he could do something to make it right since I was expecting to use the coupon and I was not told it wasn’t accurately working as well as told him they charged it before I could review the order. He said no he has no power over refunding or adjusting orders. I told him it’s sad he has no power at his store and I feel as the general manager he should be able to fix errors in the system. He just smiled at me and nodded. In the end it’s only $4, but a store should be able to fix mistakes in their system and do right by their customers. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this location from everyone else but this man really leaves a bad impression. I called the store and asked to speak with him further to get this resolved, but am waiting to hear back.

Well, I was about to enjoy my meal until my first bite completely ruined my appetite with how raw it is. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Love the fact you pay the extra for large and they can't even fill your fries up, like a medium size. Asked for sweet tea and got non sweet. Sad it's hard to follow orders correctly not once but everytime it's an issue every time my family has been there.

You get paid to due the simplest things. Put together my food, yet you guys still fail. When ordering 20 nuggets I expect 20 not 14. Maybe if the employees weren't using the bathroom every 5 minutes doing who knows what, the food would be accurate. Unfortunately they hire whoever applies. Anyone expecting what they paid for, don't come here.
