McDonald's Menu Prices at 4803 E Mckinley ★3.6 (2505)

I ordered the steak bagel the new item that’s on the menu and let me tell you it tasted fake. You can definitely be your own judge, but I taste real steak before and it doesn’t taste like that.

I've been coming here for a while now but not anymore. I made an order at the drive through and payed for it, made the mistake of not getting a receipt. But at the pick up window the young man, real nice, handed my order to me I noticed then that I had an extra drink but I was missing a large fry. He tried to correct the order. But a lady in a yellow shirt made a big deal about me trying to come up on them. I heard her talking all that mess. I believe she was a supervisor because everyone else was wearing a different shirt. I work customer service and I know sometimes customers can be difficult, that was never my intention. It was an honest mistake by the person taking my order. I returned the drink and I was willing to pay the difference if there was any. What angered me was the reaction of the manager. She has no business working customer service if she can't control her reactions.

Very unprofessional and unsanitary McDonald’s location I came there this morning 12/20/25 around 6:10am I was the only one in the drive thru, no one behind me. First the BOY who took my order was talking very fast and couldn’t comprehend that I wanted a biscuit sausage sandwich with round egg and cheese. When I came to pay he had only charged me for a biscuit and sausage sandwich. The cashier which was the only professional fixed that and charged me correctly. When I got my food he was moving like he was in a rush and had creamer all over my coffee cup and handed me a scrunched up bag. I drove off to work trying to eat my hash brown and instantly spit it out. It was hard and dry like it was from the day before. Then I attempted to bite the sandwich exact same thing biscuit hard as a rock the only thing that looked fresh was the egg. I called to speak to a manager and she told me I can get a remake and I told her I was on my way to work and would perfer a refund and wouldn’t be able to make it until 5pm. She sed she would let the other managers know and to bring the old food in for a refund with a attitude this lady to no accountability and made it seem like I was lying all I wanted was a quick bite to eat on my way to work and McDonalds completely screwed that up for me this location is a joke with kids running the restaurant needs better management and needs to learn to throw old food out after a certain time frame I will definitely be making a report to corporate on the manager as soon as I get her name. Will post pics after I stop driving disgusting!

Not sure why, but at around 10PM or so, this restaurant wasn't taking any mobile orders. Ordered chicken nuggets and asked for sweet and sour sauce. Didn't get any. By the time we noticed, it was too late, we had already gotten settled in our hotel.

Quite rude. Not the first time I’ve experienced this here. If it wasn’t on a route I was forced to drive routinely, I would not come to this location at all. They will frequently, regardless of time of day ask you to park while they sort out orders or other technical difficulties. The whole purpose of a drive thru is to get through quickly. As I write this, all eleven (11) stalls are full of people waiting for food.
