McDonald's Menu Prices at 4898 E Kings Canyon Rd ★3.6 (1782)

I love McDonalds what I don’t love is that it takes my grandpa and I a lot of time to get them to help us out placing the order. Specially for grandpa, sometimes he comes back home with no breakfast because he got tired of waiting and no body helping him out. That’s why I started coming with him because I can speak up for him. I can be more loud to get workers attention. Thought it takes a long time.

One of the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever pulled into. As we’re pulling into a parking spot and the kid who is doing the mobile order or whatever is walking straight out into my car. They can’t help an old lady with her order without an attitude. We ask for a stir stick for coffees and they give me a straw. $15/hr “well deserved”. These kids are a bunch of clowns! I’m sure the owner appreciates these “well trained super friendly”employees I recommend getting a different hiring manager/ talent recruiter

Today around 2:30pm, I bought 2 burgers through the drive through. I was asked to park on waiting area number 8. Upon arrival number 8 was already being occupied by another waiting costumer so I had to park in another waiting spot. I waited for 30 minutes in my car while I seem many other vehicles park and get there food after me. During this time I lowered my window and kept my receipt in my hand in order to get there attention. I asked the McDonald employees as they passed by my vehicle if they might have my meal at hand but no was the response I received. Roughly around 3:07 I waved down yet another employee to ask them about my meal they said they had just clocked in and would go inside to get an update. Roughly 3 minutes later they came out with my food. They said quote “the other employees had attempted to find whom the meal belonged to but I wasn’t here”. Imagine waiting patiently having your receipt in your hand while making eye contact with several employee’s dispatching food to everyone else but apparently I wasn’t here when they brought out my order. I am very disappointed that I had to wait so long and receive my food cold. I won’t be going to this establishment again!

Drive thru was quick and finally they didn’t make me park . Usually check my meals before I leave but this time I trusted that my meal will be good. Kids happy also carry 4-5 strips of fries like what in the world. I know it’s a kids meal but it’s ridiculous how little of fries it had. Pretty pricey meal for that amount of fries as well. The fries were fresh I guess positive thing about the fries.

Order got lost in there system somehow. I had to show my receipt to 3 employees before they would do anything about it. Might not happen all the time but when it does, they are real stupid.
